One Green World Reviews 534

I love the selection that One Green World has, but the condition my trees arrived in was pretty bad. Three out of the five looked almost dead when they got to me. Fortunately the customer service is awesome and they have already refunded my money for the worst looking one. If the other two die then they will refund my money for those. I would recommend them and I will buy from them in the future. I think the holiday weekend interfered with the shipping process.

Ordered Orchard Mason Bees last month, May 2018. They came delivered in a supposed cold storage (Ice packed) container. the container was warm when it was received and all but one of the twenty bees survived. I have tried to reach One Green World by email and no one has contacted me. I did call earlier on and the response was they will probably hatch once placed in their nesting box. Nope.

The people on phone as well as everyone I saw in person were very helpful.

I've ordered a half-dozen things from them in the past year: a couple trees/ plants, some Mason bees, and a box of powdered clay. There was one minor issue with one (the clay), which got returned to them as undeliverable because the mailing label tore off in shipping or something, which they promptly fixed. All plants arrrived promptly and in good shape. The mason bees are doing well. I like them because they have unusual plant offerings that align with the kind of gardening I do, things which I couldn't find many other places, and they are somewhat local and more similar to my Washington climate (Pacific Northwest anyway).

Excellent variety and always healthy plants!

I have had no problem whatsoever with One Green World. I have ordered plants--berries and trees--2 consecutive years now, and both times the plants were beautiful, extremely well wrapped, looked good on arrival, and have done well in my garden. I have also found that their customer service is quite helpful. One Green World is really one of the best online gardening centers, in my opinion.

I like the variety of the offerings, but the packaging left a lot to be desired. Very difficult to get plants out of packaging. I hope they actually live through this shipment.

I have appreciated the service I have received from One Green World and the great plants they provide.

Great company; excellent service and very good products

I ordered several citrus tree years ago and they are large and bare fruit every year. I'm so happy to have my new Finger Lime. Your plants are awesome.

The plants (pawpaws) arrived in good shape and are thriving. Their number of leaves has doubles, and the size of the leaves has tripled.

Good advice, delivery as promised

I always receive good plants. With the 2 day shipping the plants look great when they arrive.

Blenheim Apricot--impressive bare-root specimen supplied to me: The Blenheim apricot tree was initially out of stock at One Green World at the time I was looking for one, so I put my name on their waiting list for this variety. A few weeks later, I placed an order after I was notified that this variety was once more available. The OGW website did say shipment would not occur for three weeks, which was what actually happened. I was notified of the package being prepared on a Friday for shipment and a predicted delivery in 5 business days. It arrived on the Saturday of the next week (8 days later). The tree was well-shaped, with over a half-dozen branches ready to leaf out, pruned evenly. (Other trees had arrived from another vendor in the same week and were basically sticks with leaves sprouting from the trunk; this was a startling and pleasant contrast.)

I gave them a two stars because it took six weeks to get my bare root strawberry plants, SIX WEEKS!
I have them in the ground now but they were very hot to the touch when they arrived. I’m not sure they are going to survive as the temperatures are already getting way to hot for bare root strawberries.
I will buy these again but I will buy them around February.

The order system was good so as the delivery as they promised.

The problem is the plants.
I ordered Japanese Sansho. Two plants I received are the different species. Each has the dirfferent shape of leaves.

The Japanese Sansho I know is very different from the one I received. The leaves shall have the flagrance but these two plants have no fragrance at all.

The must be either Chinese or Korean Sansho.
