Online product descriptions shall be inproved
I have ordered 5 tsirts and a slipper. The shipping processing time is below average compared to other brands I shop. The products came in good shape and tsirts were defectless. I dont have an experience for quality of tsirts yet but the size chart guidance on shopping was accurate enough. The slippers have a sort of foam material at the inner vamp which was not recognizable in online shopping. It takes hrs to dry for this reason. Product descriptions on the website should better be improved in this digital era.

20 days waiting and nothing
I got an order confirmation and then 20 days nothing. After 5 emails they told me that the parcel was lost and the jacket immediately appeared on their website (it was sold out) and is now not on sale. scam
