The OneKey hardware wallet itself is excellent — reliable, secure, and works perfectly. However, the main issue lies with the OneKey app. During periods of very high usage, the app becomes extremely slow and makes it difficult to take timely actions. For example, on a day of strong Bitcoin market euphoria when I needed to sell quickly, I couldn’t approve the transaction in time and had to wait much longer than expected. This delay ended up costing me a lot, since I was forced to sell at a much worse price. The wallet is perfect, but the app performance needs serious improvement, especially during high-traffic moments.

I feel secure with my OneKey. In addition, the app’s interface is excellent and user-friendly, the device is very well built, and without a doubt, it’s the best cold wallet

The first impression is terrible.

First time connection is a incredible bad - 1) OneKey app does not scan QR code from the wallet no matter what you do; 2) If you want to conncet via Bluetooth, surprise surprise, it will drop connected as soon as you got it; 3) so your only option is connect via USB C-Type, but if your PC does not have it you stuck here.

And even more, If your PC has USB C-Type, you will get stuck in 99% while importing to Rabby and there is no solution from OneKey suport exect of "try again, buddy"

Could not imagine we can have such a shitty service in 2025

if i unlock the OneKey Pro hardware wallet, it will keep unlock permanently, if someone grab it from my hand while i use to pay for coffee, and this person keep touching the screen not let the OneKey Pro wallet go auto-lock, meaning they can make it later to transfer out all my assets inside this OneKey Pro wallet.
HIGH RISK if this feature not going to settled, some of hardware wallet required to key in the access code / Security Pin for every transaction, more safer.

I live in United States.I've been trying to Cash App my Bitcoin.Money from one key.\nIt gives me the option to Cash App credit card.Debit card vemo when I go push on debit card, it takes me to a company called moon pay. Is not supported in America. I try my debit card and again. It reroutes me to moon pay. I try credit credit card and it still routes me to moon pay. Which moonpay is not supported in America so now onekey crypto.

Awesome device , very easy to use . But why it couldn’t show direct deposits. First time I got stuck.

As title says, I really tried to like this wallet, but I ended up discarding it. I used it for about a month after it arrived, but I kept experiencing many issues. Many times when using this wallet I would get some kind of "error". It would be "timeouts", "server issues", and many others. At times when trying to send crypto it would not go through, crypto never sent, would have to try transaction again. Doesn't seem like a trustworthy wallet. Trashed.

Sifu Dai was excellent in his ability to communicate and solve my set up issues with my new OneKey Pro. He had all the answers to my questions and a sense oh humor that was so respectful of my newbie status. Thank you Dai and keep the updates cone OneKey.oi.

Copped a OneKey Classic 1s special version for my friend as a birthday gift. With Nobody NFT designs on the back. Looks perfect and my friend loves the design.

I have tried other wallets and not really happy — until now. One Key simply works, it’s easy to use and so far am beyond happy. If this needs to updated I will. For now it’s 5 stars all the way.

I wish it supported more coins like XLM. Also, compared to other applications, the app is pretty basic. The battery goes out fast. But still I like it overall. It's like having a small ipod. Like the fingerprint option as well. I think it is pretty secure. Overall 4 stars.

Onekey wallet parcel has not been received till today 08 August 2025. And there is no update after 30 July as to where the parcel has reached

I love the device and the app is awesome too. BUT I am disappointed that HBAR and XLM aren’t available for cold storage. Please add them.
