Darren and the team were fantastic! I was arranging my move last year at quite short notice and they were so helpful and made sure they could fit me in. I was moving to a top-floor flat without a lift and they took some quite awkward furniture up without any issues, the whole job was done quickly and carefully and the team were lovely. Would highly recommend them and will use them for any future moves!

We were moving from one office space to another, and it didn't have half as much of an impact on the business day as we anticipated.

Everyone was so helpful with our house move and we can't thank the teams involved enough. From Darren, who helped us to arrange it at pretty short notice, to Jordan and Tyler, who did all of the heavy lifting from the moment they stepped into the house at 8.30am until 7.30pm. They were careful and considerate with all of our belongings and went over and above to help us get set up in our new home. Thanks so much - we would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service and highly recommended. I was originally quote by them and another company. The other removal company massively let me down on the day of the move by cancelling. I rang OneMove House Removals the next day and they fit in at the last minute.

From phoning them at 09:30 them arrived at 11:30 and everything was wrapped up by 12:30pm. Fantastic service and they did the job to a high standard. They treated my items with great care and nothing was damaged.

I recently used this company for furniture removal and I was incredibly impressed. The movers were fantastic! They took exceptional care and time when handling my furniture, which I really appreciated. Beyond their professionalism, they were also very personable and friendly, making the whole process much smoother and more pleasant. Once my furniture arrived at its destination, my family member receiving also commented on the movers' care and efficiency – they noticed the same high level of service. It's not often you find yourself talking about the quality of a moving service, but they truly deserves top marks!"

They provided and excellent service, very professional and thoughtful, seemed very experienced and were very efficient. no complaints at all!

Careful, fast, incredibly helpful, kind, happy, knowledgeable, amazingly professional, 100% reliable. Wouldn't let us lift a finger. I don't know how to give higher praise. The whole process from start to end went like a dream. The only thing I had to do was sit back and relax. I hope the missus doesn't read this as she was cleaning the rooms as they were emptied.

Darren and Andrew were the best team and made yet another house move for me a day that was stress free not exhausting and full of laughter. Darren is super organised plans everything and they both l move every box and piece of furniture as if it was a priceless antique .

The team were punctual and helpful. They didn’t just give up on a few tricky items, they thought about how they could solve the problems at hand.

Darren was very friendly and stayed in touch via phone and WhatsApp throughout. He was also in touch with the removal guys at the same time keeping us updated with an arrival time. They helped us out at short notice and were quick and efficient.

I had some sofas collected today by a great team who were obviously experienced in moving large pieces and took great care with our property. Communications with the company were great and they went out of their way to confirm a time that best suited me, arrived promptly and finished the job in a matter of minutes. I was let down by AnyVan when the removers came in a transit van to move me to a 3 bed house and refused to do more than 1 trip when I was only moving 4 miles away without giving them additional cash in hand. After being verbally abusive they also refused to take a lot of furniture but OneMove House Removals came to the rescue the next day with great customer service and 2 lovely removal men. Nothing was too much and they were very caring given the awful time me and my 65 yr old mother has suffered the previous day. Would recommend time and again and will definitely use if I move again.

Darren’s team has been excellent. Although my shipment was small but it was full of glasses and a worrisome carriage. This they did very well including fitting it in the place.The team also helped in reorganising and carrying other furnitures within the house for a cost. It all went seamlessly with their help and a very positive attitude of “can do”. All in all, an excellent experience and I am very happy to have found this moving company.
