Hired this company for an end of…

Hired this company for an end of tenancy clean. Paid extra for steam clean of the carpets, total of £250 for a small 2 bed flat. Had been quoted £150 from another company but they couldn't do the steam clean. So chose this one. They took a £100 deposit (fair enough). They confirmed what they would cover for this price and all looked great. The guy who came to clean hadn't been told about the steam clean, and had been informed that only one room had a carpet although I had been asked by the company to confirm how many had. 3 plus a hall! Then I was offered £20 back due to the lack of steam clean. Great!!!! That won't even cover getting a single room done, let alone the whole lot. Absolutely disgusting! Avoid
