My experience has been a disaster from the start. I purchased my account in December of 2023 and dealt with multiple platform and broker changes, which I understand is not entirely 1of1's fault, but I stayed patient. They handled it super bad taking forever to migrate my account and their communication was shameful, no emails no nothing just rhe instagram page reels. Now they have got it figured out with the brokers and platforms. I requested a payout a month ago, got denied right away then I got to know that with a migrated account I'm not supposed to request a payout through the website but fill out another form, very unprofessional but ok. 30 days later, nothing, no confirmation no nothing. Support agents saying they don't know and can't help. It was only a 250$ payout too. I'm absolutely done with this horrible treatment. Much better firms out there.

Mohammad was very helpful in getting me to understand how crypto addresses work and was very cautious for my sake which is extremely kind of him.

3 weeks and I have not yet received my payout. Company keep coming with excuses. I wouldnt recommend. I would like to post an update on my request for payout. This company seems to be very quick in issuing accounts and once passing phase 1 they are very quick to issue phase 2 and then onto funded however it has been 6 weeks since I requested payout and I still have not received my payment. Absolutely shocking company. Please avoid!!!!

I requested my payout back in April. Now it's November and I still don't have it. Support is just stringing me along. Absolute scammers. Tjr is just a normal guru.

Got my first payout today. It's been a grind and have had to overcome many hurdles. Stick to the plan and trust in 1of1. They deliver on their promises. You can do this. Upwards and onwards. 💪

I purchased a 50k funded account with 1of1 Funding a few months ago. Everything seemed fine at first, until I requested my first payout. According to their website, payouts should process within 24-72 hours, but I made my request on August 4, 2024, and now, almost three months later, I still haven't received anything.

Their support team has been of no help whatsoever—no updates, no answers, just empty promises. The CEO, TJR, constantly promotes 1of1 Funding on social media, claiming that payouts are happening, but this is far from the truth. Instead, he’s busy flaunting his latest purchases like a Mansory Rolls Royce and AP Cartier, rather than actually paying out to those of us who trusted his business.

This is nothing short of a scam. I urge anyone considering 1of1 Funding to stay far away from this company.

Had a few problems at first after I purchased a funded account and had to email support, I was quickly emailed back by Mohammad and he was a great help and got back to me quickly with all my questions.

Terrible Experiance with 1OF1 So far
Bought 3 Challenges.
Second challenge was breached on phase 2 without any reason and stuff couldn't do anything about it.

And passed the third one, But when I tried to verify the account it shows me

"Your Request for identity Verification is Submitted and its process for the moment."
For about a week already, Stuff everytime tells me to wait 24h and it will be fixed, nothing so far.
So I can't even sign the contract of the funded account, Seems I've wasted 1,500$ so once I pass I won't even be able to use the live account.
Don't buy challenge!

each chat was every day or two.

Disappointed from this firm, heard great things and I am even 2nd on the leaderboard but have been waiting more than a month for my payout to be approved. Sad as I wanted to eventually become max allocated with one of one. Wouldn’t recommend this firm to others due to this wait time.

Support was very fast and solved my problem straight away. Mohammed was very helpful and quick. Nothing to complain about.

I spent $1,000 on a challenge. This challenge included a redo due to their company being down affecting users prevented me and many others from using their product. Through emails and support, they informed me that I just needed to breach the account to receive a new one. After some time, I breached it. However, when I request my redo, they refused to provide it?! claiming that they no longer offer redos, despite never mentioning any expiration which they legally have to do!.
Shortly before that They even confirmed that my redo was still available.
It's a complete scandal. I’ve sent proof showing they promised this multiple times through their support, but they clearly dont care.
