Severely overpriced for a system that did not work, don't assume they know what they are dealing with. Out of their depth.
The plan was to move to OnePatch after our current providers costs increased dramatically. After 3 months, we gave up after it was obvious that their system was very limited in its capability. Exporting listings out to the platforms was hopeless and fell short on all platforms. We are still trying to clear up the mess on Amazon of listings that have been altered. Apart from stock inventory control, it offered very little. No automation on dispatch, which meant dispatching manually through Click & Drop. No stock location functionality. You get next to nothing for your money and we have now joined ChannelGrabber, that offers a lot more functionality. We dealt predominantly with Cameron, who didn't seem to know a great deal about anything. He always referred to "I will take this back to my team", rather than having the knowledge to deal queries. We decided to call it a day and requested for the payment to be ceased. Because the payment was taken a couple of hours earlier, they refused to repay the funds. Given that things had not worked out after 3 (4 with the funds for the last month for which we received nothing at all) months, the least the could have done was refunded the last payment. After all, they knew that we were not going to go ahead with them. Richard was having none of it. Not a pleasant experience all in all. A distinctly amateurish approach, which left us a lot farther back than when we first spoke to them. I certainly would not recommend OnePatch, more so after experiencing the ChannelGrabber system. Initially, I was prepared to possibly revisit them sometime down the road to see if the functionality had improved, but the very poor attitude towards the end ensured that I will not be returning under any circumstances.
We moved our Brolliesgalore website platform from Oxatis to BluePark this year and we searched for a Central Stock Management Platform that could connect Bluepark to Amazon and help keep our stock levels up to date across all platforms to stop overselling, plus give us flexibility to expand our reach to other marketplaces in the future.
We investigated all the leading multi-Channel eCommerce software and trialled some, but we found them very expensive, set in their ways and we would have had many workaround processes and still paying out a huge amount each month for a program that didn’t work for us! It got to the point where we were considering using Excel as a master source to hold the information and still pay a huge monthly fee… which was crazy!
Then we found OnePatch and we could finally see the end to our transfer journey. We had already been using ShipStation as a despatch tool so the fact that OnePatch connects to ShipStation meant less process changes and we could move over quicker.
Onepatch allows us to hold all our stock information in one place and upload it to our different Marketplaces, and maintains stock levels across the board to avoid overselling. With the Integration Based Edit we can display different information suitable for each marketplace, be it price differences or extra SEO content on our own webshops. Orders come in as soon as they are placed, and we can swiftly despatch them in ShipStation.
The OnePatch team are extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond to help us during onboarding to get the settings correct for all our integrations into ShipStation, Xero, Bluepark, Amazon and eBay. We have been using the software for 6 months now and it’s all going smoothly, stock levels are being maintained and we have not oversold an item yet – although to be fair, Christmas time will be the real test for this. With their Purchases Order screen, we are saving so much time when it comes to adding stock deliveries and placing new orders with our suppliers is much quicker, at a touch of a button all the integrations are updated.
We have managed to list most of our products on Amazon and eBay now and managing the listings was always such a time-consuming and mundane task but now it’s so much easier to maintain and is manageable even with our small team. I can’t tell you how much of a relief it has been. We are now looking into listing on OnBuy where uploading has been seamless.
The whole OnePatch team are great to work with. They are knowledgeable and know the limits of what the program can and can’t do. They do their upmost to solve problems quickly and efficiently, and to me that is the real test of a company. No one wants to wait weeks to finally get a reply from IT support just to hear “No that’s not possible”. With OnePatch online chat you know your issue is being looked at within a few minutes. If you are willing to work with them, they will problem solve and make the program work for you within reason, and for us being a small unique company, that’s all I can ask of them.
Now that we are all set up and have got used to the program, we rarely have any technical issues. For us, OnePatch is affordable, reliable and we will be able to grow with it in the future as online buying trends change. It connects and networks much better to Bluepark than the other leading management programs. I am looking forward to seeing how OnePatch develops over the years.
Buggy product, didn't work for my company's needs and when I asked to cancel the service was rudely refused over the phone. The customer service rep has quite a temper. Am suspicious of the legitimacy of the positive reviews.

Onepatch is by far the best system I have tried and I have experience of many, the platform is stable and does everything it claims, the customer service and bespoke possibilities make it an excellent choice and I would highly recommend
I can not express how good the support we get from Onepatch is. The software as a whole is just incredible & the ongoing support is the icing on the cake. We have used many different companies in the past and am happy to say I have found our solution with Onepatch.
We have been working with Onepatch for a number of years now. They are quick to resolve problems and always available for help.
Thought I'd give this a try after being with Linnworks. Promised 'Inventory Management' for our website & all our customer websites too.
Instructed them to share inventory from the 'Host Site' (OURS) to several customer sites.. Simple eh? However they took the customers inventory & erased our 'HOST SITE' Data.. Filled our site with all our customers products & not the correct way round as they were instructed, also claimed that they would do.
Woke UP, all our data, products, prices DISAPPEARED. All customers had images, prices & data gone (VANISHED)
What a disaster, thousands of £££'s of work, products, hours gone down the drain..
They carried on destroying one structure after another the following morning & wouldn't hold to account.. Yes, totally.. We have now lost business, no images, no prices.. All our data gone because they are totally 'incompetent'. Cowboys I thought..
Even worse, I contacted them repeatedly, found out they are Scammers, this company is a scam. They operate by taking money, did not do the work, took my business & many of our customers businesses down the drain, now we all have nothing, no business, left to run. I just want my money back.. Just return our money. I don't expect that you will pay compensation, at least return my money..
UPDATE:
Further to your response, u have stilled failed miserably to demonstrate how ur staff 'INCORRECTLY'
took the wrong inventory from the wrong store & caused data disruption, business loss.
Your response contains only once again 'Terms & Conditions' copied & pasted from your website as you did with the previous business who also left an honest review.
The reason why I write this review is that I genuinely believe that any business installing your system will suffer significant loss, disruption & problems.
Question: Where is the back up, to the data that you corrupted? Or is that part of the 'Terms & Conditions' that you have cited to all your customers?

Didn’t work for me, I thought they where awful and out there depth, if you want the off shelf basic version great, but if you want something custom adding forget it. They pushed live a glitchy nightmare that messed up my website pricing and took my hours to recover from. Insist they test on a separate platform first otherwise their software will mess your site up as well.
Refusing to refund is a policy in there terms and conditions.
