Very poor quality and completely unresponsive; not reliable!
I have bought a puzzle. Quality very very poor, all images are very blurry. Packaged in a simple plastic bag. Clearly fake. I immediately emailed support. No response at all. Sent a reminder, still no response. This organization is very unreliable. They sell items of poor quality, leading to the clear conclusion that these are fake products. They consciously do not respond, so you cannot meet their return requirements of reporting and returning within the time frame. Their return address is not mentioned anywhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE!

Terrible Customer Service - does not honor returns
I ordered a shirt from onepiece-universe.com and it was way too big when it arrived. I reached out right away asking to return it, but instead they said they needed me to send photos and measurements so they could “investigate.” They’ve completely ignored every follow-up message. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and never received a response. I just wanted to return the item — but it seems like they have no customer support and no intention of honoring returns. I do not recommend buying from this site.

I ordered some figurines and air pod case for my kids. I was ready to receive the order in multiple packages as the notice in the order confirmation. I also read the reviews about this problem. But surprise, they came all in one package only and everything is in good condition.
