Great, except Bluetooth is HORRIBLE!
This is about the One Plus Open. Wonderful phone, but miserable Bluetooth. Which is essential for my hearing aids to function properly. Was so bad I sent it back and they replaced the MB and screen (for some reason). Came back working better, but screen now has a few bubbles. Then BT quit working reliably, so I sent in for another RMA. They agreed, but I was so disgusted and needed the phone bad BT and all. For a long while a quick restart fixes- only for about half an hour now. And it shifts the sound from right to left ear. Really frustrating. Otherwise remarkably good phone.

Perfect fit or so I thought, the opening on both sides is not where it should be.
Outside looks good however the closure is at the wrong side which is very difficult .

Do not purchase from them
Do not purchase from them. You are basically blind-buying a phone that you will automatically be committed to, as their return policy is a scam. I've been told multiple lies and passed around to different customer service agents for 4 months at this point, just to get a refund on a $600 phone I purchased and returned brand new. They outsource their trade-in partners and do not communicate with them, treating them as if they're a separate company. If you buy from them and you don't like the phone, you will lose money. This is from someone who has used OnePlus phones for 5+ years and will now be switching because of their God awful customer service.

Bad experience with the product but finally a positive experience with the service
Initially like mentioned from the shop owner below, support by email is not desired but there is an option on the website for email support, which leads to the situation that of course emails will be send.
This seems to be the reason, that it took a long time, 2 independent support emails and a review to get attention and to get in contact with the shop.
From this moment, the communication was positive, the will to solve the issue and to deal with the problem clearly recognizable, so a positive review is justified.

Good product, terrible customer service
Love the products, but my god this customer service is bad. There have been issues with delivering my package. The fault is on UPS' end as they lost my package. I call OnePlus to start an investigation and for further support regarding this issue. While on the phone, the only thing they can and will do is start an investigation, nothing else. I get no replacement, nor can I get my money back. I was buying their product to use for work, because my laptop broke. Instead of offering me ANYTHING, I have to just wait for the investigation, of which they can't provide an estimate of how long it will take. UPS is the courier company OnePlus chose to work with, not me. Yet, I am the one without a product and money for who knows how long.
Also, they only have English customer service, not my native language. Inconvenient
Two major problems
Two major problems. I asked to cancel order and reorder correct order within same day of ordering. Eleven-nl would not.
I understood Eleven-nl was the same company as Oneplus and I assumed it was reputable. However the glass protector sent could not be put on by any local Mobile phone or computer company due to the complicated nature and risk of using the glue that was provided. Led around when complaining about a bad product
I bought a screenprotector for my Oneplus 7t Pro that should be useable with the standard case. It is mentioned in the description on their website that they themselves have tested that screenprotector with multiple cases. So, I thought it would be safe. However, once applied, it came loose after 3 days due to the case pushing against the screenprotector. I thought I made an error when applying the screenprotector so I bought a second one. I mean, they said on their website that they have tested that screenprotector with multiple cases, so I must have made a mistake, right? Nope. The second time I made 100% sure it was placed correctly by leaving the case on and made sure there was a small distance between the case and the screenprotector. But sadly, after a week the same problem appeared. The pressure you give when handling the phone is enough to push the case against the screenprotector causing friction. This will lift the screenprotector slightly, causing air bubbles to appear, which only grow over time.
I tried to contact OnePlus-Shop but even after a month and more than 10 emails from my side, I am nowhere close to being helped with this scam of a screenprotector. They take up to a week to reply and are not very helpful toward solving my problem. According to the last mail, I can solve the problem by buying a second screenprotector…

Very dissatisfied as I bought my mam a oneplus nord for a present and was delighted to see the offer of free earbuds.when it arrived there was no ear buds. When I got in touch I was told I should have put them in the basket when ordering,there was nothing specified to say to do this or and other prompts on screen. I can't understand why the earbuds cannot be sent as there is no dispute that they were free with the phone
The staff is really kind and gentle but undersized. Too long to solve issue with a repair
My oneplus 5 arrived in Poland on the first days of January. At first, I did not receive at all the quotation for many days. So, I called the assistance and a day after I receive a quotation (after more than a week since my phone arrived in Poland!).
That same day I paid with my credit car with the platform PayU and I received a receipt with day of the transaction, hour, number and other details identifying the payment. Afterwards a week passed, the repair was continuously postponed day by day and thus I called the assistance, I sent an email and I also used the live chat to hear also from the Italian support. Each member of the staff with whom I talked was gentle, nice, and available but everyone told me it would have take time to verify my transaction because of the lack of the staff to deal with my case. This was unacceptable. In the meanwhile I spoke with my bank because I noticed within my bank account that the transaction was missing. So I had decided to pay again with bank transfer, I had sent an email with the detail of the latter and so my Oneplus was eventually repaired.
All this facts took one month and one week. Too much. While my oneplus was in its way coming back home, I finally received an email were they told me the first transaction was invalid. This simple verification took too long. Fortunately I realized the same talking with my bank. The platform PayU was supposed to warn me whether the transaction failed but it did not, but rather it sent the a receipt where it was written that the transaction was successful.
Now, my Oneplus is again with me.

Ordered a screen protector on 28th December. It's now 14th January. No delivery and despite sending 3 emails, no response. I can quite understand orders are delayed at the moment but no response to my emails is really annoying. If I knew it would that long, I wouldn't have ordered. Never again.

OnePlus is second to none when it comes to offering top tier products. Their quality standards, as well as speccs and prices blow garbage like Samsung right out of the water.
