We needed help after strugglung with the portal. TJ2 was excellent, patient and very helpful. Because of her help we went from intending to cancel our policy to renewing it at a great price.

I am a new customer and reached One Protect through Compare the Market site. It was straight forward and I was quite pleased to have a new car insurance policy. This was turned to dismay when I received a threatening email telling me my insurance was to be canceled in 5 days, with no explanation. On visiting the portal I had a similar message. On the live chat I found this to be concerning the No Claims Bonus. Why did they not request this at the time of taking out the policy? All's well that ends well. I managed to scan the Letter from the previous Insurance company and attach this to the live chat, and it was accepted. I'm sure that all insurance companies have links to each other so it should not be necessary to have threatening letters of this nature.

Very easy renewal even if the queue was long but got through very quick considering, DB7 was very helpful and got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Advice and info from agents through live chat has been generally good. However , have been passed across various departments and teams to get to speak to the right people regarding policy, claims and updates and the process feels weighty and over complicated from a customer viewpoint .

Fine up until i received renewal documents that i didnt ask for. Trying to cancel this took over an hour of my precious time. This experience has reinforced my decision to never usine one protect ever again. The lack of a telephone number to actually talk to someone is appalling. In fact, had i been talking to a human being, i might actually have been persuaded to renew! It's a bad ending to an otherwise good overall experience. My decision to cancel renewal was based on an almost doubling of the policy cost.

Had a really easy renewal today with LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 'TEAM TIKI'. She managed to beat any other quotes I had been given. Very friendly! Would recommend - thank you

I was charged £33.33 for an additional cover twice and was assured that one payment would be cancelled. However I’m still waiting.
