After that, I wanted to withdraw my money from my trading account. However, the broker did not process my withdrawal for two weeks. The support team told me that there was nothing to worry about and that it was a normal procedure, asking me to wait. Then, a personal manager contacted me and requested additional information, which I provided. The manager assured me that I should not worry and that my withdrawal would be processed by the end of the working week. But in the end, I received an email saying that my account was being closed and my profits were being annulled because I supposedly used hedging. However, I did not use hedging, I traded fairly. The broker decided not to reverse their decision and took my profits. I requested evidence from them showing that I had used hedging or anything related to it, but they refused to provide any explanations.
I am very disappointed that this broker is unlawfully taking people's profits. Please avoid this broker if you don't want to be deceived. I need help.
