Ordered a pair of joggers which I love but as soon as I put them on I noticed the thread down the side seam was all coming away. I contacted them immediately and have since emailed them 6 times as their customer service is absolutely abysmal. They offered me 15% off my next purchase. I explained that I wasnt happy with this and they should be replacing them. I said I was happy to send the faulty trousers back in return for a new pair but they said 'it wasnt their policy to offer replacements' despite them sending me a faulty pair of joggers in the first place. I have threatened to contact trading standards but they ignored my emails so that's my next step.
Worst service ever!
Ordered pants a few months ago. They never came, just got an empty bag of nothing in it. I complained to them and they told me that I’ll get a refund. The refund took weeks. I asked again on IG, I asked a few times because I got no response. Now I’m blocked from their page on IG. Just because of asking! I have ordered a lot from this company. What a great way to treat returning customers 😑
Very disappointed with the quality and the fit! The items aren’t true to size, the fabric is of poor quality and the fit is absolutely horrible.
I reached out to customer services who admitted that their sizing is inconsistent and fit can be off however refused to offer a refund.
Do not recommend and would not buy again! Avoid as another rubbish influencer scam!!!
Really disappointing experience, I left 2.5 weeks of time for it to arrive before my holiday and it didn't arrive for 3 weeks with no communication. No replies to my questions about the status of my package. No option to return without using a printer, not everyone has access to a printer!
I have bought one me active a few times. The first bra I bought faded I thought it may have been my fault however bought a second one and washed it by it self to use for the first time, it also faded and went from yellow to blueish in the straps even tho I followed all the care instructions. Oner active took 6 days to reply to my email and wasn’t able to even give me credit for a bra I didn’t even get to use. Their clothes are bad quality for the price it is and their customer service is appalling, following all the restock problems. A brand is really about the experience and nobody beats Gymshark in this matter. I will stick to Gymshark for sure, amazing quality, fair price and if any technical issues with the items they are happy to replace, I have my leggings ripped a few times and they were so fast to replace unlike overrated Oner.
Ordered the "Go To Fitted Seamless Top" in chalk pink and "Softmotion Flared Bottoms". The fit of the bottoms is good but the material is a lot thinner than expected, but that's fine. The material of the top however is very thin and completely see through, even though it looks opaque in the product images. It's sheer to the point that a nude bra is clearly visible. The top is not usable since it covers nothing.
Customer service took more than a week to answer and said that variations in softness, dryness(?) and colour can occur and that i can pay the 9.99€ return fee to return it. I don't feel like I should be the one paying the return fee when they are the ones who sent an unusable top. I'm awaiting the next answer from customer service since October 8th. It is currently the 20th.
I’d advise not shopping with Oner. Waited 12 days for my order even though it’s advertised as 4-6 days delivery and the parcel arrived with an item missing.
I had to chase customer service for an order confirmation as it wasn’t sent when I placed the order and then when I contacted about the late delivery it took days for them to get back to me even though their auto email reply states 72 hours and having the same issue regarding the missing item.
Shop at Tala it’s much better.
I want to preface this review by saying that I do actually really like this brand and what they’re trying to do. However, 80% of the products that I have purchased from this brand have started to look incredibly used after one or two washes, which indicates a real lack of quality. At the price point that this brand sells their product, like €65 for a pair of sweatpants that start pilling and losing its colour after its first wash, feels like you’re being cheated out of your money. I will say that the other 20% of the products that I do have from this brand (mainly Effortless), don’t suffer from this defect. I would have hoped that as a brand turns 5 years old this kind of quality issue is something they should have resolved rather than constantly bringing out new collections. It feels much more like fast fashion rather than quality and conscious fashion. I’m disappointed and I won’t make the mistake of buying from Oner again. Beautiful products, lacking seriously in quality.
Placed order early morning on 3 October with delivery of 5-7 working days. It’s now evening of 14 October (over 7 working days) and the parcel is in Germany with no idea when it’ll arrive with me but definitely too late!
I waited a while for a pair of their soft motion leggings to come back into stock, however after 3-4 uses sadly these have started to bobble significantly. Not something I would expect for such a highly rated company. Very disappointed
Literally the *WORST* company to order from, I regret it so much. Ordered a $900 order which I have been trying to return some of for over a MONTH and they have literally ghosted me despite sending emails to make them aware of the issues. I am running out of time in which to return but they do not care. I also have another order which I foolishly placed, which is NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. Only order from this company if you want to *lose* money. So far this company owes me nearly $500 dollars and im not even getting a response!! Its actual theft. Absolutely shocking.
I placed an order with Oner Active (Order #OA272309EU), and one of the items I received — SoftMotion™ Straight Leg Bottoms — arrived in what appeared to be a used condition with visible stains on the fabric. This was extremely disappointing, as I paid for and expected a brand-new product.
I immediately contacted Oner Active’s customer service on 6th October, attaching photos of the defective item. Today is 13th October, and I still have not received any response at all.
For a brand that promotes quality and professionalism, this lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Customers deserve better than being ignored after receiving faulty items.
I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Oner Active to be cautious, as my experience raises serious concerns about their quality control and customer service.
I placed two separate orders totalling over £300 and after two weeks, I still hadn’t received them. I emailed customer service and waited four days for a reply, which is incredibly disappointing for a brand of this size. When I finally did get a response, it felt very uncaring and unhelpful. They told me they would “look into it” but that it could take up to 10 days to get back to me.
The products themselves are lovely, but the customer service is truly shocking. Response times are far too long and there’s a complete lack of care for the customer experience. After everything, I wasn’t even offered a small gesture like a 10% discount as an apology.
This company really needs to sort out its customer service if it wants to keep loyal customers. I would have loved to leave a positive review, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

The package is obviously lost as the company says it was picked up and the carrier says it wasn't.
The customer service is inaccessible... They simply don't answer.
The first time they were also very unflexible with their policy to add/change articles to purchase...
I think their main issue is fulfillment. They have obviously no clue how to do that so it creates issue down the line with an overloaded customer services (they admit this).
They need to fix fulfillment may be then customer service would improve.
Love the brand, but the delivery times to the UK are very poor comparing to any other brand on the market. Really kills the excitement of getting new items. I’m also more likely to return them because by the time I receive them - I would have received and worn the items from another brand. Please fix this - I really want to give you 5 stars!
My favourite activewear brand by far! The fit, the feel, the confidence, the values of Oner... all amazing! Everything I have ordered has been incredible quality. I had one pair that did seem to be faulty as the seam came apart right away but this was immediately handled by Jenny with the customer support and refunded. I felt totally at ease and it increased my trust in Oner knowing they fully stand behind their products!
Order placed 3rd october was due to be delivered on 8th october well this did not happen i contacted oner active on the date it was supposed to be delivered fedex the courier/delivery company has tracking and it is still showing that on the 6th october a shipping label was created and nothing else according to oner active it will take 12 days before they will contact me again as they have to look into it all i want is a refund now ill go else where
