First and last time!!

I finally decided to give Oner and my first will definitely be my last time. I placed the order 20 days ago. It was one week before order was even packed and I still haven't received my items. Their customer service is just an AI robot and says takes 5-7 days to review my request.. I can't tell much about the quality of the products obviously but as far as shopping experience and customer service goes, I think even 1 star is 1 too many but couldn't give less...

User experience needs work

Products are lovely but the customer checkout and returns experience needs some work. I was forced to checkout using “Shop”, which then wouldn’t accept my address as it was apparently a couple of characters too long(nothing I can do about that), so had to get shipped to a friend’s house. Then when I went to return some items, I noticed you can only return using FedEx and you have to print your returns label - so many of don’t own a printer these days, which just makes the whole process unnecessarily complicated when everyone else offers QR codes. Really loved the items I bought, but the user experience will definitely have me reconsidering making a purchase again in the future!

Read reviews before buying

I purchased a pair of women's joggers as a gift, but their durability is severely lacking. After only a few weeks of light use, multiple seams are rapidly unraveling. The joggers are already showing significant signs of wear and appear to be falling apart. I cannot recommend this product.

Never again

Actually like the clothes. But find sizing off for sports bras. Furthermore delivery is just really bad. First time the shipment got delayed due to some logistics at the warehouse. Tried contacting customer service, that took a good few days to get back to me. Delivery came one week later than promised. I had one item with a running thread, send pictures to customer service that did not offer refund or exchange but 15 % discount on next order.

Second time shipping was on time, but delivery was made with Fedex, that somehow could not manage to turn the delivery over to another company like the first time, so I had to be home for delivery instead of picking it up at the postal office like first order. As i was working they could not deliver. But left no note or information. Hours later i get a message to schedule new delivery. I can not change timer or place and it turns out fedex is almost impossible to find a phone number for. Ended up having to call them 3 times before successful delivery.
Now I have made what is my last order. And I am already regretting it. Delivery was set to max 6 days. They have now withdrawn the money and send me a mail saying that delivery will be a minimum of two weeks delayed. And that I should not contact customer service before that time. Not cool when I actually need this order within the 6 days. Extra delivery time is ok, but then this should be made clear at check out and the money should absolutely not be withdrawn before sending items.
So this was the last time for me. I am so regretting placing this last order. Never again will I by here and would not recommend others to do so.

the quality is so disappointing

the quality is so disappointing. First time buying and they really go all out on their marketing. But everything is shear! And just low quality material. Returning is also a nightmare with very few fedex dropoff places. So sad after spending way too much money.

Overrated

It takes too long to receive the items, they are too tight as the fabric feels slightly different ? Had to return both pair of leggings as I’m not happy with them. Had to pay £5 to send them back but no one says about that. You can get clothes from other brands that are more comfortable and affordable. FedEx is the worst and Oner is overrated .

The biggest problem with this company…

The biggest problem with this company is the complete lack of real human contact and communication. When things go wrong – and they frequently do – you’re forced to deal only with AI chatbots and automated systems, even when trying to raise a formal complaint.
Orders consistently arrive late with no proactive updates, apologies or explanations, and there is zero accountability because there are no phone numbers, no direct email addresses or named staff to speak to.
Avoid this company if you value being treated like a customer rather than a ticket number. Choose a business that still employs actual people who care about service and are reachable when you need them.

Terrible website/CS bounced emails!

Just bought something in the Black Friday sales and had the most stressful exp ever had with a retailer. It’s all style no substance it seems. Starts with issues logging into the website - even after password reset, I was forced to log into using ‘Shop’ checkout. Then they have a 15 character limit you have to fight with upon checkout, meaning you no choice but to leave out vital shipping info if your address is any longer. Lastly, I’ve emailing their CS twice now and got undelivered bounce backs to both. Don’t buy from this brand, might look great on socials but not worth the stress and for all I know I won’t even be getting what I paid for.

Avoid!…

I spent a lot of money on Xmas presents from this company. I’m pausing Klarna payments until it’s sorted. FedEx keep saying they tried to deliver but I am home all the time and they have not attempted delivery with me at all. I contacted Trading Standards. My contract is with Oner Active so it is their responsibility to make sure I receive my goods. I did not choose the courier. Oner Active only have a robot to talk to and it was useless. I cannot find even an email address to contact them. Disgusting.

Horrible, don't waste your money or time

Horrible. Customer service is awful. UPS has no acces points nearby. Custumer service is not willing to help, so if you want to make a return too bad.
They offer a collecting service that YOU have to pay on top of the 7 euros you are already paying for this return.
Piece of advice don't order from them. Others gymbrands like the animal one has great customer service.
Save your money and your time.

Awful customer service and delivery times!

Honestly love Krissy Cela who has been my fave fitness content creator but Oner Active have the worst customer service and delivery! My brother ordered me clothes for my birthday on express shipping which he paid £10 extra for. The delivery came 3 weeks later. We contacted Oner which were useless with their response and couldn’t help at all. EVERY time I order from them, they keep rescheduling delivery and I make sure to work from home but they never come. Oner customer service team is dreadful. Shopping here always boils my blood. They need to learn from Dfyne customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience – damaged parcel, zero support (Order: OA285377EU)

I’m honestly shocked by how unprofessional Oner Active has been throughout this entire process.
My order OA285377EU arrived damaged, and I immediately contacted customer service with clear photos and all necessary evidence. At first they responded, but the moment I asked for an actual solution, they completely stopped replying.

It has now been weeks.
No follow-up.
No resolution.
No customer care.
Nothing.

I have provided every single detail they asked for (multiple times), including proof of the damaged packaging, timelines, and explanations. I’ve been more than patient, but Oner Active simply ignores customers once things get inconvenient for them.

This is not just poor service: it’s unacceptable.

Their communication is extremely slow, inconsistent, and now completely non-existent. I’ve never dealt with a brand that claims to care about the customer and then disappears the moment they are held accountable.

I strongly warn others:
If anything goes wrong with your order, you’re on your own.

I will keep sharing my experience to prevent others from going through the same frustration. I’m still waiting for a real solution — but at this point, I’ve lost trust in this company.

I have placed a few orders with Oner…

I have placed a few orders with Oner Active now. I will say, lighter colours are all see through and look very unflattering on the body, nothing like what is shown on the website. Their recent collection with Mia Green, is disappointing. The pink flares, and matching long sleeve padded top, both are see through and not squat proof. In reality, the built in bra and padding shows through the outer layer of the top, even though on the website, it looks seamless with no weird ‘lines’. The sizing for the tops I mentioned is also confusing, the built in bra fits very tight and doesn’t cover the chest fully, but the actual top is loosely fit. The darker colour ‘velvet mocha’ fits a lot looser even though I got the same size in both. I previously got the ruby red set from there and also a black long sleeve top and wasn’t as disappointed as I was with this recent collection. I wanted to leave a review on the items individually to let other buyers know, but it looks like Oner doesn’t allow reviews under their items which is a shame.

That being said, their delivery is overall good but it takes a long time to the UK. Returns also require a printer which most people don’t have access to. Considering how unreliable the sizing and material was from their recent collection, I wish it was easier to return items. I ended up just keeping them and reselling on vinted for a lower price.

Frustrated returning items

Great pieces but returning items are so difficult! Used to be great having the Royal Mail QR option. Now this has disappeared and only have the option of FedEx that don't use QR codes, you need access to a printer... can't tell you how frustrating this is having no printer access on a regular basis given the need for them in day to day life is so small.
Not to mention when you do get around to getting your label printed etc find the lack of FedEx drop points they try to scan and it says the barcode isn't recognised. Apparently this is a common issue with FedEx parcels and you have to book a collection slot from your house - again great if you can be home all day on the basis your only time slot is 8am-5pm...
PLEASE give us the option of a QR return process via Royal Mail etc. Will happily take a deduction off my order for this at this rate. Really puts me off ordering as return process is so lengthy.

I would literally give them no stars if…

I would literally give them no stars if I could! Their customer service is horrible. I bought hundreds of dollars of activewear to be delivered early November. It’s late November still nothing -my package is being held by FedEx and all Owner active has to do is send a commercial invoice because they sent it wrong or failed to do so not clear on which - I’ve been emailing them for over two weeks. All I get is a standard almost AI response that ‘oh the shipping is just running late’-It’s not running late. It’s stuck there and it will never be delivered.!! at this point I’ve gone through my banking institution in order to dispute the transaction- it’s unreal that there’s no phone number and no real person to talk to- if there are real people emailing me back they are the worst customer service reps I’ve ever interacted with. They don’t read anything I say in my email.- just a standard reply that our shipping supplier changed and it’s running late. It’s false. That’s not what’s happening. Absolutely a maddening experience. I am a yoga and hot Pilates, instructor and all I do is buy activewear and I’m no longer going to bring my business to them. And anybody that asks me about them at my studio this is what I tell them. Don’t buy Owner active! And don’t have a company if you can’t provide customer service. Never had such a frustrating experience.

Package missing, they don’t care

I would have considered myself a frequent purchaser of this brand but that ends today. I ordered $350 worth of active wear (4 pieces) in October. On November 5 the package went missing. It’s now Nov 25th. Oner Active is giving me the run around and not divulging any information about how this issue can actually be resolved.

They asked me to file a police report and complete a missing package claim form, and I did both. I submitted the form and the missing package number to the “support email”. This was 2 weeks ago. They never followed up. When I followed up today they asked for a police report as if it hadn’t already been filed.

I have to warn people to be weary of this type of behavior. As a customer whose package was likely stolen and is not out of a chunk of money with nothing to show it’s really frustrating to be dragged through circles.

They’re also hurting their own bottom line. I would have preferred to continue being a customer but it’d be silly to risk being treated with no real consideration in the chance a mishap were to occur.

I’m now demanding to be refunded
They take 48 hours to respond to every email.

Terrible quality and customer service

I used to love this brand but their customer service is honestly shocking. They often just ignore you when you contact them or they weeks to reply.

The quality of their clothes has also gone down hill. I've worn a pair of their leggings once, in a pilates class and immediately had damage to the fabric and bobbling which when I let them know they said 'this is normal'. For a £50 plus pair of leggings it's really poor, would not recommend anymore.
