Hi Isobel, thanks for the review but we did everything in our power to ship your items quickly, unfortunately the issue was caused by the courier who is a UK Tier 1 courier.
We were very surprised that you didn't raise this issue with us when it happened and give us an opportunity to rectify it but instead threatened to initiate a charge back with your credit card company. Is this your usual defence? It seems a very strange tactic to use!
Your refund will be processed once the couriers complete their investigation

Great customer service
We were intially delivered 9x 2m cables instead of 3m cables by mistake, as part of a larger order - I honestly hadn't even noticed, before a replacement box was sent with 9x 3m cables the following day. A written message inside apologised for the mistake, and saying no need to return the 2m ones! It was great service, really appreciated it.
