Excellent service, very good quality frames. Only took 3 days for my coated prescription glasses to arrive. Would definitely use their service again.

I got the glasses that I wanted at the right price; the magnetic sunglass attachments for day and night driving are realy useful. Onestopglasses made the delivery service work even through covid-19 related supply issues.

Wanted half frame glasses because I don't need a distance prescription. High street stores don't stock a range any more but I found good choices here. Covid slowed delivery but that seemes to apply to most bespoke items.

I would have know problem recommending One Stop Glasses. I have bought 2 pairs of glasses and have had great service on both occasions. I've contacted them when I was not shore what to do on my first order, and was told what to do. Very Very helpful. THANKS.

I found One Stop Glasses on an internet search and saw that they had a very competetive sale on. I liked their range of glasses and was able to get a pair of lightweight, titanium-framed glasses at a very reasonable price, delivery included. I ordered them on a Monday and they arrived on the Friday. The glasses are perfect and the service excellent. I would definitely use this company again.

The experience was great. I had lost two pairs of expensive glasses within a week and needed new ones that I could get quickly and that I could afford! I was a bit worried but I ordered them and they arrived three days later. They are super and I need not have worried.

The glasses I received were not correct; in fairness to the manufacturer the glasses themselves looked really good quality glasses and I think the lens and frame seem expertly made so I have no issues whatsoever with the quality. However, my prescription was for an intermediate pair of glasses for general use with computers but, the glasses I received had a totally different focal lens so they worked if I got up very close (300mm) to the screen but not if I sat at my normal distance from the screen (at arm’s length around 750mm). I filled in the lens prescription requirements exactly as printed on my optician’s prescription and as required on the ordering form so I cannot honestly say “who got it wrong” but the glasses are no good and I’ve had to throw them away, which is a pity because they looked a really good quality pair of glasses. I would order another pair but I cannot see how I could change anything with the prescription. Maybe if the company had a contact facility where the customer could talk to a qualified optician to make sure their order is correct before paying for them would be a very good idea.
