OneStream Live has 5 star support

OneStream Live has 5 star support. This is the second time I've interacted with support, this time was with Ahmad, and he was on top of his game. Unfortunately I can't sign up yet due to OneStream Live doesn't have the ability for me to have co hosts yet, and with the size of our production, that is the deal stopper for me. Ahmad did inform me that it's on the roadmap for the future. Thank you Ahmad.

Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support. This is SO important for a technically challenged individual like me. Amazing and prompt, quick support from Ahmad and Sobia.

Sobia, immediately called me on google meets and guided me through the process step by step with a lot of patience!

I paid for it, but I'm not able to use it. Asian subscribers beware!

I am from Hong Kong. I purchased a OneStream Live service plan. Then I discovered I couldn't use it, cuz it is incompatible with the App Store in Hong Kong. The company refuse to refund, but at the same time, the company pulled the app off the shelf. Here is the explanation: At the moment, our iOS app is not available in the Hong Kong App Store. This is because the App Store in Hong Kong processes payments in HKD, and unfortunately, our current billing system for the web app does not support that currency. This could lead to conflicts if a purchase is made via the App Store but later accessed through the web platform.

To ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all users, we’ve temporarily held off publishing the app in regions where currency compatibility is an issue.

We’re actively working toward a solution, and we’ll be sure to notify you as soon as the app becomes available in Hong Kong. Once it’s live, we recommend installing it as soon as possible to take full advantage of all the features.

I think the company needs to alert Asian customers or customers who will not able to make use of their service because of the incompatibility issue. The company did not alert me; when I raise the issue, the company just pulled it off shelf and refuses to refund me.

The OneStream Live iOS app is currently unavailable in the Hong Kong App Store due to compatibility issues with the local currency. The App Store in Hong Kong processes payments in Hong Kong dollars (HKD), while our web app does not support this currency. This could lead to conflicts when switching between the app and web platforms.

To maintain a consistent experience, the app has been removed from regions where currency mismatches may cause issues. Thank you for your understanding.

I had trouble connecting my social media platforms to stream my message, but Sobia Aslam was very patient and helpful. I am thankful for her professionalism and how she could easily help me navigate through doing a Google Meet and sharing my screen with her. I have been using One Stream for a while, and have been for over a year, and I am satisfied with the service.

Today I want to highlight the incredible customer service that I received from onestream. I had lost my account email and could not remember what it was for the life of me. The agent responded immediately to the live chat and patiently helped me figure out the account email and helped me get into my account. Not only is this a standout product for my social media content creation but also gives a great customer experience

I had some connectivity issues to my YouTube social media destination. Aneeqa patiently took me through it very professionally and quickly. I was very impressed with the customer service, and they have a customer for life. Aneeqa made certain my questions were answered and that the issue was taken care of to my satisfaction.I would recommend this service to anyone who does live streaming! I had some subscription issues that…

I had some subscription issues that were take care of very professionally and quickly. I was very impressed with the customer service and they have a customer for life. Noor made certain my questions were answered and that the issue was taken care of to my satisfaction. Recommend this service to anyone who does live streaming! Not enough stars to give them!

the reviews on here have got to be fake…

the reviews on here have got to be fake and paid for. this companies customer service is awful, vague, slow and dishonest. they said they'd provide a trial and then refused to refund the money when I discovered their service did not fit my use case. this was all within a few hour window its not like I used the software for weeks and then asked for a refund. no, I used it a couple hours and saw it didn't work and wanted to move on.

wont be back and will not recommend to others in the industry. onestream live sucks!
