Excellect work by the rep

Chatted with "Masoora." Very, very helpful. Understood my issue and offered several good suggestions. Problem appears to be something at my side (PC, net connection, etc.) so it needs more work to solve, but couldn't be happier with the support received.

OneStream has been a dependent…

OneStream has been a dependent companion on my live streaming Journey with ability to link many social media platforms where i can stream to at once. the also have amazing features that might be hard to see in other platforms. for example, there is the loop feature, dvr, reschedule, even multiple managers from anywhere in the world.
OneStream is Just the best.

Sahar has been a huge help

I suggest to grant the team members to have access to edit the look of the livestream for the main host such as its themes, backgrounds, and designs. On the other hand, Sahar was able to answer all my questions and provided great service.

Amazing 5 Star Technical Assistance!

I received EXCELLENT Customer Service from Sahar. She was knowledgeable and an superb communicator. She explained every detail about what I needed to do get my Live Stream up and running! She was polite and patient! I wish all technical support representatives were like her!
