This place is taking advantage of…

This place is taking advantage of America's tragedy for money. They are overpriced for a crappy elevator ride, try to sell you a tablet that you can use your cellphone, with super overpriced food and drinks at the top.

breathtaking view

I came to the one world observatory with my family, the view was great, the experience wonderful and so was the customer service we received from Eulalia. We highly recommend it

Beautiful Views and Fun Experience

Beautiful Views across Manhattan and a fun experience with a short video and optional photos. The 360 degree views were breathtaking and our VIP pass allowed us entry at any time, skip the queue security and a voucher at the Cafe. All in all this was a really fun experience and a great view. The only thing missing was a view of Central Park!

Underwhelmed

We have just come out of “one world observatory” to say we are a little disappointed is an understatement. We have enjoyed many tall building experiences around the world, and this felt like a conveyor belt designed to extract more money. First the ‘option’ to hire a guide, where in other places the landmarks are shown with clarity, skyline options and graphics. Then you get guided to a cafeteria or restaurant, and then a gift shop, finally the actual observation deck.

All of which is inside, so no outside space to feel the wind on your face and experience the feeling of being anywhere but inside a tall glass block. It looks amazing from the outside, not so great from the inside.

The only reason for 2 stars is because the staff at the ticket booth was really polite and helpful.
