Made an Appointment -- And Was Then Ghosted
I contacted this company because of the excellent reviews on Trustpilot.
At first, everything was great -- the exterminator contacted me within hours by phone, we discussed the problem (mice) in our tenants' apartment, and he agreed to come to the apartment at a particular time a few days later.
And then... nothing. The exterminator did not show up for the appointment and made no attempt to contact me. No text. No phone call. He just ghosted me.
Needless to say, that's not an acceptable way to do business. Our tenant has a health problem that is potentially affected by mice droppings, and now we have to spend additional time tracking down another exterminator.
Really disappointing.
