The customer service is absolutely amazing when you finally get to talk to a human. The only problem I have is getting locked out of my own account and not being able to utilize my funds when needed...... But the customer service is phenomenal they have definitely went above and beyond to get me back into my account after being locked out and they're very very nice and very willing to help you with whatever your needs may be and if you have a dispute they are right on top of it and they give you your provisional credit no questions asked I want to thank everyone that I spoke with on a personal level you guys are great
Update on my 9/19 review..
I actually submitted a review here on Sept. 19, where Juno had frozen my account for unknown reasons. Since then, then closed my account on 9/27/23 and said they'd send me a refund of my account balance ($14,741.06) within 7-10 business days. Nearly a month later, I'm still waiting for my refund. These guys are crooks!

I hadn't received the cash back from a few purchases I made months ago but I was able to get all off them issued instantly by explaining the situation and providing the transaction IDs.
Worst customer service I've had since cashapp
Juno itself is a great idea and more or less executed properly. But there customer service sucks when it comes to just about everything. It's impossible to get ahold of them outside if the chat option in the app. They don't respond for 12 hours and even when it shows them active they ignore you. There is no number to call. And to top it off there chat is glitches out right now so that when I try to start a new message it won't even send the message so I'm stuck trying to reply to the same agent when there's others that could be helping me. I tried to sell ltc about 4 days ago and it's been pending the entire time. I've sold crypto since and it goes just fine but that one particular sell is just stuck in pending and after a weekend of waiting for a response one of them replys with " I've checked and the transactions has settled." And no it hasn't settled its still pending and I still don't have my money.

Payroll direct deposit availability hold exceeds law
Had a payroll direct deposit sent to my Juno account. It has been queued now for over 48 hours. Asked them if they knew payroll direct deposits had to be made available the following day by federal banking laws. No response. I will be getting ahold of evolve bank who they are FDIC insured through and a report to The Federal Reserve.

Lightning-fast Response time
I had a question on a recent transaction and reached out to the support team through the help link on their app and was immediately responded to, even though the auto reply told me it might be a up to a 3 hour response time. Issue was easily and swiftly resolved. Very impressed and satisfied with service. Was hesitant to switch from my previous bank but am so glad I did.

I would have given a five star review until you paused my account, the platform is easy to use and getting funds to it is easy until you sent my wire back. One payment away from completing funding a an investment and you paused my account costing me thousands of dollars
