Unserious and unprofessional trash

This so called company is completely rubbish.
They have no clue about how to choose and recruit eligible and qualified applicants for their role.

I applied as a German speaking customer support in Malta.
Besides the fact that this role is extremely bad paid and with unhuman working hours, they don’t even care if you have a heavy costumer care background and experience like me in the 1st and 2nd level support for VIP customers at Siemens company in Munich.

I am more qualified than other applicants but like I said, these motherf*ckers give a damn about your qualifications, because if you know too much than you basically should, you could be problem for them.
The mentioned job role is neither a high skilled role nor a professional one where people need a heavy bunch of experience and knowledge.

So my suggestion for those who are thinking about working in this craphole
Keep distance, save your time and energy and don’t waste it

Hello people. Just asking the question - does Bet365 have a liquidity crisis? They are refusing to allow me to withdraw my money (£400) for reasons that I cannot understand, and they will not explain. Could be forgiven for thinking they cannot cover their exposure?

Very poor. They created an account with my email address without confirming with me. Their support representative China B was totally unhelpful, and just said they would close the account.

I used this one, for 5-7 years, than i was lossing it was okay, i started to win they block me. DO NOT USE if you want to win.

Bots are programmed to make players lose, so you can't win more than you lose, you'll even find 3 consecutive zeros to make you lose. You'll find the same losing numbers being repeated till your entire bankroll is gone. You can't even win a couple of bucks fair and square.

Customer service is shocking trying to say iv closed my account for ever which i havent and then ends chat dosent let me ask questions. Cant get in touch. Absolute ridiculous. Customer service is a joke. So rude. Bet365 you should be ashamed of your customer service staff! Its disgusting.

I created a brand new account, deposited £100, placed a £10 bet, and within an hour, had my account blocked.
The only information given was that it was a trading decision, and that there was something about 'the nature of my business' they didn't like. No other justification given. Never had an issue like this with any other site.

The site bet365.com locked my account for here often mentioned "enhanced verification",after few winning bets... its been a 30 days from that, I provide 20 documents, two phone calls, 150-200 mails, 200 live chat conversations, and there is no progress, they just asking for more and more and more, I contact Ibia, eCOGRA, European commision, Malta gaming authorty, I will also try to press charge againt them on legal law court of Malta, if anybody has some experience with this kind of case, please reply to this review. thank you

Do not play online gaming or roulette with them you will never win if you win bonus free spins the payouts are terrible most of the time you only win back what you have already lost. Was winning on roulette untill this happened number 28 five times on the bounce the only number i had not covered in various patterns , avoid them they want all your money they will not allow you to win they are scammers.You cannot even win a couple of pound . Customer support reply quickly and give common sense answer. Not resorting to automated systems that don't work is a fantastic attribute to have. So many internet companies completely lack this.

I used to love Bet365 but after last night daylight robbery, I no longer recommend this site. Their site crash last night just b4 one of the biggest games of the season. Thousands of people bets where in the green in the first few minutes of the game. Nobody could access their cash out or everything. The site wouldn't work till roughly 10 mins after the game was finish. But by then most bets had lost. Bet365 made a fortune last night by screwing over their loyal customer. No apology or nothing. You have lost all the credibility you once had.
