Not yet done the ticket.one star for online service staff who using WhatsApp number:+7 499380-87-28 on 28th Feb.,the company hires you here for solving problem.not for giving me negative response.If can't solve such a simple question,go back your home then take a good sleep.

We have got amazing service! We booked Similan island tour, Sightseeing tour around Phuket and tour to Cheow Lan lake. It was awesome vacation! Guided tour is the best way to explore new places during short time.

Nice tour agency. We went to Phi phi island. We got the price with a discount, that's why Iliked it more. The tour was wonderful. We saw many stunning views and lunch was delicious! I recommend.

Very unreliable!
I booked a tour and the support confirmed my booking for the next day. But asked for money in advance. First I didn‘t receive a payment link, then I had to pay through a quite shady looking russian website in rubel(!) - „life-pay“

Nonetheless I decided to give out my credit card information, but the payment didn‘t work. It said „unknown error“ in russian, which I first had to translate to understand.
They then sent me a number code and told me I should use this on a special ATM machine.

As I received this information a few hours after I booked and it was already nearly midnight I told them, that I would be happy to pay the guide directly the whole amount. As I didn‘t want to drive into town for the ATM machine which maybe also would not work. And, like I mentioned, they already confirmed my booking and the tour guide would arrive in a few hours in the morning anyway.

In the morning we waited at the hotel lobby like discussed but nobody came. No cancellation message, nothing.
After I wrote the support, just the message „We work on a prepayment basis.“
Also no apology or the attempt to find a solution.

I guess it isn‘t fraud, as there are other positive reviews, but it is at least very poor service and a unnecessarily complicated payment policy!

Amazing Guide , who helped us in every way. Since the group was all Russian except us he spoke in English and made us feel very comfortable. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We booked James Bond Island with the help of Online Phuket last month. That was a great trip and worth the money. The day started when we have been picked up from our hotel in Patong. The tour guide was really nice, he was enthusiastic all day long as well as the rest of the staff. The served lunch was delicious, there was something for every tourist. The islands themselves are stunning and really worth seeing and swimming near them. All in all this was one of the best days of our trip to Phuket. We will be happy to come back in future. Thanks Online Phuket team for quick organization and advicing on all our requests!

What's more, all the partner companies are reliable and arrange enjoyable experiences, so we were able to have fun without having to worry.

Online Phuket is a serious company. All the times that I have called to resolve any doubt, they have kindly treated me and resolved it quickly and efficiently. In my case, they had to pick up an American girl who was coming somewhat lost and not knowing how to speak Spanish and everything perfect. The pick-up was punctual and the transfer too. Correct and friendly treatment. They gave me confidence and tranquility from the beginning. Online Phuket is a hundred percent recommended the company. Would recommend, and will definitely use again. It was a pleasure having Andy as my taxi driver. This has been my third time on the Island Tours and I have used Andy every single time as my taxi driver. I took the trip with my 5 friends and Andy made sure we were safe at all times. Andy also made sure we got to each destination on time and got the best deals, which was a plus.

We booked seats for Thai boxing at Online Phuket website, everything was very fast, filled out the form, paid for and reported the time of departure. Excellent supply of cars and very easy to book. Before we thought that the athletes do not fight during the show. Now I can say everything is real, it is real boxing!

We used only the taxi service - three times during our trip. The customer service team were fantastic and I wasn't waiting longer than a few minutes for a response. All drivers we had were friendly and professional. Car provided is large, clean and has good air conditioning. Price was slightly better than the regular taxis and Tuk Tuks. Would highly recommend!

We booked the taxi to Phuket airport, the driver was very kind and good guy, we think Online-Phuket provides the cheapest rates in Phuket

I booked a ferry transfer and pick up with them. My pick up was due between 7-7.30am, therefore i was waiting from around 6.55am. I rang them and e-mailed at 7.40am. They told me to wait while they contacted the driver. I waited 15 minutes then tried to call twice but they didn't pick up. I got a call from them at 8.25am saying the car had broken down. They offered me an alternative pick up at 12.30pm. I took this as there was no alternative. They paid the cost of the ferry transfer. However, once again the driver did not turn up. I phoned at least three times. The driver eventually turned up at 1.15pm. I got on the ferry, however i had lost 5 hours of the trip and i was only away for one night. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!
