Very bad

I read reviews about Sanifun that they replaced damaged part quite fast and free of charge. Well, we had a bath shower combo and the bathtub cracked after a few months when we used that " chair" part for the first time ( as we did not use it until than). We reported immediately this and they replied that I should have reported damage 48 h from acquisition and that they cannot do anything about it. If we had the damage a bit after 3 months it is not our fault. We used the shower correctly, so the damage is not our fault.
