Written by the company

Online.jobs is a remote hiring marketplace that connects employers with people looking for remote work opportunities. Our goal is to make it easier for companies to discover, evaluate, and communicate with remote candidates without relying on a traditional recruitment agency. Employers can create job listings, receive applications, review candidate profiles, and use AI-powered tools that help organize and summarize candidate information. The platform is designed to reduce the amount of time employers spend manually reviewing applications and make it easier to identify candidates who may be a good fit for a role. When an employer is interested in a candidate, they can unlock the candidate’s contact access and communicate with them directly to discuss the position, interview process, compensation, and other employment details. Hiring decisions and working arrangements are made directly between employers and candidates. For job seekers, Online.jobs provides a place to create a professional profile, upload a resume, explore remote job opportunities, and apply directly to positions that match their experience and interests. Online.jobs supports companies looking for remote talent across a variety of fields, including customer support, sales, marketing, administration, technology, operations, and other professional roles. We are continuously improving the platform based on feedback from employers and job seekers. If you have used Online.jobs, we welcome honest feedback about your experience so we can understand what works well and what we can improve. Online.jobs is operated by Online Jobs Media LLC

Screening feature saved me so much time

Hired a community marketing person through the site recently. Honestly, the screening feature was the best part. It filtered out people who clearly didn't fit the role, so I wasn't stuck going through a pile of random resumes like usual.

Also liked that I could chat with candidates right on the site to ask a few quick questions before setting up actual interviews. Didn't have to deal with switching to WhatsApp or exchanging numbers with everyone.

Found someone good within a few days, and she's already on the team. Worked out well.
