Your website is brilliant. Delivery rubbish!
Your website is brilliant for finding and ordering parts, but Evri are useless at delivery. My order was shown as out for delivery last Friday. Then it wasn't. Now it's been sitting in their warehouse not having moved since Friday morning. Their Customer support appears to be useless too. If I order from you again in the future can I refuse Evri as a courier. This is so bad I've had to go out and buy the parts locally so I can get on. Sadly your Chatbot isn't too good at dealing with this complaint either

Normally very pleased with autodoc choice of products and price !
But unless I'm mistaken ,and it was only a week ago so sure I m not.
I ordered some disc brake springs for Focus and one set for Fiesta.
I ordered some different brands but all came same brand and no Fiesta one.All said for a G.M car from 1995.
Went on a bit easy hope right parts.

Having ordered some Selenia wr forward…
Having ordered some Selenia wr forward 0w-30 for a Euro 6 fiat Ducato. The picture of the oil container on their website showed the oil container with green packaging and a mopar logo. However, when the oil arrived it had red packaging and no mopar logo. I was a bit concerned about the quality as red packaging usually indicates that it is 5w-40. On checking online you can find WR forward 0w-30 on some European website in red packaging and no mopar logo, which has eased my concerns about the product. Having read the reply from online car parts there doesn’t appear to be simple way to contact them. There is live chat which is probably AI or you are faced with a barrage of questions. So to send a quick email or have a telephone conversation isn’t possible.
Having had a positive email response with the customer service team and discussed the issue I raised about the oil they have reassured me over my concerns. However, I still maintain that there needs to be a quick an easy way to contact them so any issues can be resolved quickly. So all in all I’m happy to use online car parts in the future.
