Boot strut still hasn’t been dispatched
I ordered a boot strut for my car 08/05/26 however as of today (18/05/26) it still has not been dispatched to me. Strut was showing as in stock when I ordered it so I’m not sure what the issue is. Total lack of communication for the company to inform me what is going on. I would avoid ordering from here if you can help it.

Replacement starter motor…
Ordering a replacement starter motor was problem free. Site was easy to navigate. Price was better than expected. New motor fitted and does the job.
Delivery was ok, but I learned that despatched does not mean that it's on its way, as it was 2 days before the courier collected it. Overall I'm very pleased and will use them again.

Excellent company based in Germany
Excellent company based in Germany. I ordered Astra vvt dephasers, timing belt kit etc via registration number and everything was spot on. They take 2 days to process and 4 days delivery. They don't work Saturdays and Sundays. A bank holiday Monday in the uk is not necessarily a bank holiday in Germany. The company are linked to Autodoc. Delivery was by evri. I did 30 years in the motor trade and its been known for a long time that German parts are the best. With the choice they give you don't have to go expensive. Google research cheaper makes but somewhere just off cheap is where I would advise. A lot of the makes offered are good. Hope that helps.

Good service overall. Delivery wasn’t the quickest—I waited about a week for the parts. If you need something urgently, it’s better to go to a local shop. However, if you can wait, I would use this shop again as they offer a wide selection of parts at good prices.

The original purchase price looked favourable,@£11.odd.
But all the add ons made it more expensive! Ended up paying you £23.odd. But after filling in your order form and all the faffing about, I couldn’t be bothered to cancel the order and go through it all again online.
I could have purchased the item for half the price!!! Lesson learned. 😩
