Extremely concerning payment practices and zero response from the company

My experience with this company has been extremely concerning and I believe other consumers should be aware.

A transaction of 472.50 EUR appeared on my card under the descriptor “Onlinecontenthub”, linked to the website onlinecontenthub.net, even though I have never purchased any product or service from this company and have no contractual relationship with them.

After investigating the transaction, I discovered that the payment appears to be connected to deposits made on online gambling platforms, yet the charge was processed under a completely different merchant descriptor. This raises serious questions about the accuracy and transparency of the merchant category used for the transaction.

What is even more concerning is that:

• The time of the bank charge matches exactly the moment the deposit appears on the gambling platform.
• The amount charged on the card is higher than the amount actually credited on the platform balance.
• I have video recordings of the entire payment flow, because the deposit was made while I was streaming live.

All of this evidence clearly shows how the payment was processed.

I contacted the company over a month ago requesting clarification and reimbursement, but never received any reply.

I also attempted to contact the director directly through Telegram, where the messages were read and the contact was subsequently blocked. This makes it difficult to believe the company is unaware of the situation.

My intention has always been to resolve this amicably and directly, but the complete lack of response is extremely worrying.

If this situation is not resolved, the matter will inevitably have to be escalated through the card dispute process, payment processors involved, and relevant financial authorities.

I strongly advise anyone encountering charges from this merchant to review their bank statements carefully.
