I was also sent a used item, It had heavy signs of wear & tear (Scratches, and damage). It arrived poorly packaged, not in original box & with no instructions.
I was offered a partial refund; however I asked to return the item and have my money back.
I have not since heard back.

No item received and no response of email
Placed order OCL #4034 on 20 Apr and still waiting product delivery. No response from email 29 April asking for despatch date.
I had orders accessories for the item from another company as I expected delivery from Onlinecrowd of product ordered.

Do not use this company I purchased Kirkland Signature Foodservice Foil - Premium Quality Aluminium Foil 30cm x 200 metres and was sent used goods.
I have purchased this product at Costco previously and I know the box is sealed, the goods sent to me the box was open and the foil was unravel and rolled back in the box and sent to me.
The contact details on the sellers website appears to be a house voicemail and the registered address on the website is a house address
