Great experience after being ignored elsewhere
I had a really good experience with Boots Online Doctor. After having issues with a similar service from another pharmacy where my messages were ignored (I’ve mentioned that in another review), I decided to try Boots and explained my situation in detail.
Not only did they read and respond properly to my messages, but they also took the time to call me to better understand my situation. That made a big difference.
I felt listened to and safe, and I was confident enough to go ahead with the treatment through them. I would definitely recommend their service.

Lacking clear information.
I've not had clear information.. The information I had was that I had to collect it but apparently when I got there on crutches I didn't. I had no personalised support and no clear way of getting this. The app didn't work.

Choosing the right company
I needed to change my supplier for my medication, so I was able to collect it rather than having it shipped.
They were very thorough before I was accepted and although it took a few emails to clarify everything it only confirmed that this was not just a company eager for your business but they wanted to make sure it was the right thing for me.

Took my money, said they would issue medication then I just never heard back from them. I tried to contact them to find out what had happened but no one got back to me.
