Never received my order
Never received my order, was told it was sent back by the courier, first I was told I never paid for delivery and also told I never collected my previous order which was both wrong. Then told I was correct and that they would refund the express delivery which they did. Still waiting for a refund on the purchase. Terrible service, won't be using again

24 Week Re-Order
I liked that my order arrived the next day.
What was annoying was the lack of Lloyds being helpful. My bank account had a ghost cheque from some one else's account put through it making it £41,000 in arrear. While this was being corrected I could not use it to pay. I tried to use my credit card but this was not allowed. Companies like Amazon allow the payment method to be changed but not Lloyd's. I had to cancel the account and reopen it.

Found LloydsPharmacy a real waste of time. After ordering Mounjaro the kwikpen stopped working after 2 jabs, been messaging to and fro to them and they keep saying send a video of it How no information or link. Also replies are 24hr later. Don’t waste your time with them, I have ordered elsewhere, good riddance

Prompt, efficient, easy to use service. Ordered medication on 03/01/26 and it was delivered on 07/01/26.

Too Many Bots
Absolutely appalled at the service here. Two weeks and still no order. A constant loop of messages that repeat the same instructions, take far too long to be answered and take no heed of the response. An app that is clearly only developed for iOS.
I am conscious of the need for due diligence when it comes to prescribing pharmaceuticals, but by that same note, it is perhaps best to not leave it to automated verification systems, and instead use a human.
Very quick to take your money, very slow to deliver a service.
