Extremely disappointed with this service. We paid for the "Express" visa which advertised a 4–12 hour turnaround. It has been over 48 hours with no approval and zero helpful communication.
Worse yet, when we posted a review about the delay, the company contacted us and offered a refund only on the condition that we delete our review. This is highly unethical and likely why their rating seems high. Please be cautious; the "guaranteed" timelines are misleading, and they appear to be manipulating their feedback.

A friend applied for express visa service with them and they scammed him , dont trust them and dont give them money at all.

The application process was very simple and straightforward. This saved much time and did away with mounds of paperwork!

Cheaters and scammers
I applied for express visa which is 4 to 12 hours, which I didn’t get.
They said my money will be refunded and now after a week no one is even answering my emails and messages.
Stay away from scammer’s.

I received the most amazing service from the Visa team. We required emergency Visas for Dubai and applied for the 4-24hr service. I was kept up to date via Wats app and within 24hrs I received all 6 visas. I had an issue at the Istanbul desk and again the team helped with a quick change within 10 minutes.
