AVOID AT ALL COSTS
First off i did not received my parcel on my chosen date! The box the fruit/veg came in was not properly secure, as for what I ordered the XL cauliflowers were tiny, potatoes were flat and all over the box, there was no Brussels sprouts in the box and the blueberries and raspberries were squished and the juice was everywhere. For what was in the box it was definitely not worth the £42 I paid. The company is a joke and I will not be using again.

Some of the fruit was crushed around 20% I took a picture and contacted them by email and they refunded me the whole amount.

I ordered fresh fruit for my 89 year old father in Brewood. Despite the website reverting to my address in London, I contacted them - Bradley - and he assured me the fruit would be delivered to Brewood. It turned up in London today. Half the fruit is missing ‘out of season’ no one told me nor had they advised and offered me a refund. Worse of all the blueberries are everywhere the grapes are everywhere and the bananas are so ripe they are all smashed. AWFUL. I am writing to Citizens Advicer Consumer Service as their phone number does not work!!!

Terrible experience. Ordered 5 different items of fruit, only one was as ordered, others either not as described or substituted for unsuitable items. Half of fruit was actually mouldy, not packed at all so arrived mixed up and squashed. All inedible and had to go in bin.

i ordered from here and to start the fruit didn't get delivered till the day after i had scheduled it, i opened my box to find both raspberry punnets emptied all over the box and squished. then i noticed i was missing a watermelon and cherries. i took the bananas out of the bag to find they are squished and black and bruised. the pomegranates i ordered s also quite obviously gone off/ out of date, as i have worked with fruit and veg myself for multiple years i know those are not right or safe to eat. i have emailed 4 times regarding these issues but have still had nothing back, not best pleased what so ever, dread to think what any of the other fruit looks like if i were to cut open. spent a lot on this order and am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the quality and the lack of customer service. will be fighting for a full refund.
Missing items
Placed an order and didn’t contain 2 packs of cherries. Ignored email. Initially got a response from Facebook but still no credit note or refund. Not huge amount of money but not the point. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Avoid!

Appalling
No response to three emails about. Wrong order - subsitituted apples with pears and bruised different apples which were mouldy inside. Telephone number on invoice is incorrect. Worst customer service and as a frequent customer previously - the lack of response to emails is appalling. Previously they had sent another customers order - with their name and address inside and again - did not respond to emails. Lack of confidentiality was concerning but the service has gone downhill and I will now be contacting the bank to try and get a refund as the company can’t be bothered to respond

Wrong order sent, no response from support! I ordered 10 bottles of hot chilli sauce. I received 2 bottles of hot chilli sauce, the other 8 were the wrong type. I’ve emailed twice to ask for the order to be corrected. No reply! What a waste of time and money.

Horrible moldy rotten fruit and veg on delivery ! The ones that looked okay were rotten inside. All of it has gone in the bin !

Problem sorted
Had a major problem with my order and left a bad review. However, I was eventually contacted and the company refunded my order in full. This happened very quickly and I was impressed. However I would not purchase from them again

Hopeless customer service
We ordered two sacks of hard to obtain Wilja potatoes on Wednesday 6th for delivery the next Friday, 8th. We did not receive the promised confirmation of dispatch, but we did get an email from the courier, APC-Overnight confirming that the delivery was scheduled for Friday 8th. We waited in all day but nothing came. I phoned APC on Saturday who told me that they had not received the consignment. I looked on the OnlineFruitandVeg web site and saw that the order was marked 'unfulfilled'. I phoned them but there was no answer so I emailed them but this was ignored. On the Monday we got another email from APC to say they would be delivering on Tuesday 12th. Again, we waited in all day but nothing came. Again, I emailed OnlineFruitandVeg and the message was ignored. The order was still marked 'unfulfilled'. We then got an email from APC on Wednesday to say the order was coming that day. This was the one day that we could not arrange to be in, so we rescheduled for Thursday. There was still no sign of the promised 'we will let you know when dispatched' email from OnlineFruitandVeg. At last the order arrived. The potato sacks were in soggy and battered cardboard boxes. We tipped all the potatoes out, some of them were soft and going off. Today, a day after the delivery, it is still marked as 'unfulfilled' on the OnlineFruitandVeg web site. Needless to say, we shall not be ordering again!
