They used to be alright, but have taken a major nosedive. I ordered a key from them yesterday and the order got stuck in Processed due to being out of stock(which wasn't listed on the store page). I filed a support ticket and it took them a day to respond. Ends up they're now flipping keys from G2A and my money went over there instead, so despite them saying I will get a refund I don't know if I actually will get one or not. I might even be out money due to the Paypal processing fee.

Horrible site, very untrustworthy!

Terrible seller. Purchased key and didn't receive it. Sent followup email asking for a refund. Only then did I receive the key. By then I had already purchased elsewhere. They then said the key wouldn't be refunded. 0/10. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Won't use again.

At 22-09 I ordered a game. Didnt receive te key. Somehow there was written by my order that there was detected fraud.
I sended a ticket regarding this.
At 23-09-17: Well the order has been handled.
And as a download i got the steam programm...no key

The first game I ordered at OnlineKeyStore was out of stock, or no longer available for the price it was advertised at.
So I never received a key, the automatic refund didn't go through either. Only after contacting support did I get a refund and then only as store credit, which is really less than ideal for an issue that is entirely their fault.

With the second game I ordered the experience was much better, I received the code 10 minutes after completing check-out, and it could be redeemed on steam without a problem.

So yeah your mileage may vary.
If you find a good deal on the site, it might be worth it to give it a shot.

I have successfully bought 3 games there.
Game #1 ... I waited several hours for the Steam key, then i got the key, it worked fine.
Game #2 ... The payment screen did not show all payment methods. Then the payment screen got stuck while payment was in progress. It told me the order is processed. The key did not arrive for 2 days. I issued a claim and got money back immediately. I ordered the game again and received Steam key soon. It worked fine.
Game #3 ... I waited two hours for the Steam key, then i got the key, it worked fine.
The games here are cheap, no scam, but sometimes there are technical issues.

Ordered COD 5 from them for pc about a month ago and apparantely the order never went through despite me being charged from my paypal for it.

A month later and still no product, refund or response from them even once i rang then up through G2A games and when i opened a paypal case.

Paypal case is still ongoing but heard nothing from them so far

Bought a key, it didn't work.

Worst experience of my life, 1 week to get a pirated key which obviously isn't working.

Suport desk never answers you tickets.

People stay away from them, I really have no clue how this website is still in business.

Ordered 2 keys and has not arrived in 2 days. They closed my support claim ticket without even replying as to why the keys have not arrived. Do not waste your time and purchase elsewhere. Slow delivery in the past purchases I have made. Extremely disappointing.

False advertising! Bought a game - Payment went through but Serial never arrived.

When I opened a support ticket they lied by saying it takes 24 hours to verify my order (after charging me???). They closed the ticket. 48 hours later, I opened the ticket again.

Instead of fulfilling the order that they charged me for 48 hours ago, they reluctantly refunded my order saying the serial I ordered was out of stock - WTH? From what i gather, they only start shopping for inventory AFTER they receive an order. Strange for an E-commerce site that sells digital merchandise.

Oh well - I'll only use Steam or Origin from now on...

Got the game, but it took it's goddamn time. Pretty much any other steam key resaler will give you the key instantly, I had to wait hours. The way they give you the keys makes it more difficult than it should be. Don't bother.

i charged my Wallet with 25€ via Bitcoins, nothing arrived. I bought a game, waiting now 48h and nothing arrived. No Support Contact...

I am victim too now , Bad website , Liar website , I have sold some keys ( windows keys ) and , Now I cant withdraw money from website , I have no one mistake , I waiting for payout for month , And I sure I dont will get money , So I'm sharing my experience everywhere I can., Do not buy from them and , Dont sell in website , Dont be seller in website . Bought the game Battlefield 1 on friday the 17th. Paid 44,38 euro and received an invalid key. The response of their support was to contact EA helpdesk, I tought that was a bit odd. I receive an invalid key, but I have to figure out what's going on? I told them to do it. he did and and said;"After a lenghty conversation the EA helpdesk could confirm that the key was invalid". I thought it would be done now and get a new key, but no.. I'd already sent several screenshots of the being invalid and that the game wasn't in my in my Origin library. First it was fine, then I wasn't good enough. Started to get pretty mad.. I received an invalid key and somehow I was the one that was in the wrong, HELLO!!!
EA could confirm that the key was invalid, they are the one that distribute the game, they would know, don't you think?
On a sidenote, bought Secret World a couple of years from them. Stopped playing it after a while. reinstalled it not so long a ago and saw that my account was banned.
Buy your games here and you'll never know if you actually receive the game and if it will last. Don't waste your money here.

It´s possible you get your key and all is good but another day you get a used key and you don´t get your money back without a lawyer. No respect for customers.

The onlinekeystore is the best game key store i have ever used. I ordered Metal gear solid v phantom pain and key arrived instantly. The key was working. Support team is also best.
