A Magnificent key store with best prices ever!

I bought Titanfall here but the game was removed from my library because the key has been stolen according to Origin/EA.

The OKS support does not want to help me, I've contacted them numerous times and they'll just ignore it every time.

Update: I kept making support tickets once every few days and after 1,5 months I finally got to somebody that would help me and after talking to them they finally gave me a new key for Titanfall. They said they've fired the incompetent support crew that was there before and promised things would be better in the future.

onlinkeystore still trying to remove my review. Nothing changed, still no key, still banned for nothing.

But when it comes to customer support for an non working already activated key, everything went down the drain.
They provided support through Team Viewer saw and checked that the Key isn't working on my account and want me to asked EA what's up with the Key ... you know what I did this but got no respond and I don't really care because it's not my fault.
Requested a refund and got no response since 3 days.
Contacted Paypal because their Support isn't available anymore.

It's getting worse, they closed my Account for my refund request and they want to denigrate this review for not having an order number. Guess what I have all the emails from the store. My Order number is #2393988:

I was really pleased costumer, but after last order and communicating with costumer service I´m really disappointed. How I´ve wrote in subject of review I ordered 8 games, so it is mean almost 132€ spent on my account, so in my opinion I should be a costumer with care in a proper way, but after last buy they didn´t care about me as costumer how I expected.

I unfortunately got key which was used before on steam. So I immediately wrote email to costumer service for some information and for new key. I didn´t want refund money yet. They wrote me and asked me to install Team viewer to remote control of family computer and probably to activate game in steam on their own eyes. I understand, there could be some scammers. So I did it and waiting for response or start instance in TV almost 5 hours at computer how they asked me in email. But without response. After this experience I request refund on my bank account and hope it will take less time and nerves. I must really consider if I´ll spend more money here.

1) Edit. Today I give a second chance on check the status via TeamViewer, because refunding money need some inspect. They checked how activating key doesn´t work and looked up some steam logs. Then guy from customer support wrote he´ll must contact manager for new key. So still waiting.
2) Edit: After some days of waiting, they wrote me they need again to connect via TeamViewer. I have job so I can´t be all the working days sitting at my PC and waiting for the OKS. So I proposed the session on the weekend, but in the end the send me second key - again used. :/ 11 days of after that happened nothing. It´s 25th day now from purchase. So I´ve wrote them to refund my money.
3) One month from purchese is gone. Still no refund.

Paid 24 Euros for WatchDogs + SoundTrack game (58% off from original game price). Receicved only download link for soundtracks but no cdkey/activation key. Asked support for the help and they said that will answer in MAX 24 hours. Now in orders i just see "Avaiting Resolution (GD)" and nothing happens. I am very disapointed. I purchased games many times but this happens to me first time.

Placed an order; realized after making the purchase that the website didn't specify the 'region' of the game version I'd paid for. I asked for a clarification within 1-2 hours of the purchase and waited a day and a half before asking for a refund (they have a stated 48 hour refund policy). No response, no CD key. Filed with paypal. My onlinekeystore store account was immediately disabled, still without contact. I was refunded by Paypal within two days.

I can't say that they're actually dishonest, as I was given a refund before the payapl 'dispute' was escalated to a 'claim.' That said, I expected to get either the CD key or an answer to my query fairly quickly given that CD key/data transactions usually happen fairly quickly (and the 48 hour refund policy).

That said, I wouldn't pay them without a safety net in place like paypal's buyer protection. Even with the refund, there was no answer, explanation, etc. Didn't seem safe.

I ordered a product key which was then revoked. I contacted their support team and requested a replacement key, which I was assured I would receive within 48 hours. Five days later, I still hadn't received a replacement despite having contacted them multiple times, each time being promised that a replacement was imminent.

I then requested just being refunded the payment instead, and while this could be done instantly, had I wanted store credit, it supposedly takes them ten days to refund through Paypal or credit card.

EDIT: I have now received my refund, 16 days after requesting it, and then only after requesting it again.

After some initial problems with paying by credit card (had to send scanned photo ID) and some back and forth with their support, I received a key that worked fine. The key I received said 120 day, but it actually was a full key, I verified it at Battle.net - no time restrictions. Breg M. was helpful and responded in a timely manner. Overall, a bumpy experience, but I give it 5 stars because of the amazing price and the fact everything worked out at the end.

Received a key that was already in use. Contacted support and they asked me to install TeamViewer so they could watch me fill in their bogus key. Then when you install TeamViewer and respond that you are ready to give your ID and Password, the support ticket gets deleted. Contacted support again, told the story AGAIN, ready to give the ID and Password so they can login on my computer.... Ticket gets deleted AGAIN!

I am done with this site. Bought a few games but won't do it ever again. You just have to be lucky to receive a key that works.
