Order on short notice

I needed to order 6 bottles of wine for different people on short notice right before Pesach. Though they were busy, everything was shipped promptly. It was easy to communicate with the pleasant people at online kosher wines, they printed pages that I sent to go with each separate delivery, it was exactly what I needed.

Serious shipping issues.

After reading other reviews it seems my complaint is a habitual issue for this company.....Shipping is horrible. Orders seem to be processed efficiently enough and they will charge your credit card toot sweet but that is where the efficiency ends. For a company whose sole business model is based on a very specific product one would think they would be better prepared for shipping at the Jewish holidays. First and last time using this company.

No problem ordering

No problem ordering. The wine came in a good amount of time and it is delicious. This was my second time ordering and I plan to order again. I order for us and as gifts. I would recommend Online Kosher Wine to anyone who cannot get out and needs to order on line,

Order arrived late

Order arrived late. They told me that if I wanted a refund that I would have to pay for the return shipping, which would have been expensive. I will never deal with them again.

I recently placed order #69507 for 6 bottles of Binyamina Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon '17. I mistakenly ordered the wrong wine. I meant to order 6 bottles of Binyamina Reserve Marselan ’16. Is it possible to return the Cabernet Sauvignon and exchange it for the Marselan? If so, how do I return the bottles for an exchange? Can you email me a shipping label to send the wine back?

Hi Mr. Xxxxxxxx,
Sure, I can send you a label to ship the wine back. You would pack it up and bring it to a Fedex facility.
Please understand that we would have to charge your credit card for the return shipment, and also for the reshipping. (I don't have the ability to charge Paypal.)
It would probably come to between $50 and $55.
