Everything went wrong since the beginning. I paid the first instalment in February. They only set-up the account in August 29th !!! If you want to speak with someone you need to wait for 3 weeks!! My sales did not improve!! I'm completely unhappy!!

We were tried OMG for 5 months Total disaster They have overseas people doing any changes ( poor english speaking) Our online business dropped with them. They may know about normal web sites but when it comes to an online business dont waste your money

I've been working with Harry Thame, our Google Account Manager, since I started in January 2023. It's been 10 months, and I must say it's been a fantastic experience working with Harry. We, as the client representing Mincove Homes, have really appreciated his extensive knowledge about Google, which, I'll admit, can be overwhelming and confusing at times, especially with all the other responsibilities we have at Mincove Homes.

Harry has a way of explaining things and guiding me through the SEO side of our work, and he collaborates seamlessly with the SEO team to keep us on track with our goals. They also play a key role in shaping our new website, which is being designed and developed by the OMG Web team, led by Scott Roberts.

Just like everyone else here, we lost a lot of money using these. We were close to going under, for every $5 we spent we would average a return of 50c or less. They claim to have 500 Google reviews, so i went looking for them to see if anyone else had the same issue, but the only reviews i could find are here.
Do not trust them, you'll go bust.

Was sold the dream of great SEO and social media. I was with them for close to a year and communication and service was very bad i have so much to say i could write an essay i wont waste anymore time but just a warning if you have money to burn and don't need it use this company but if you want to grow and get serious people working on your accounts avoid them they are money grabbing and nothing else this is based on my experience a lesson learnt.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have seen a 60% decrease in my sales and I've been communicating the bad results to them constantly with no improvements. I was locked in for six months and they would not let me out early even though the results were so bad for the Google ads and I didn't want to continue with them. I really don't know what they do to improve my ads, they don't even design the ad assets. Don't let them con you with their we are a big company and lots of people will be working on your campaign unlike smaller companies. Smaller companies care more a your not a number.

When I first called them I asked if they could offer their services to my new upstart business despite having a small budget. The sales agent was confident they could work with something on a bootstrap budget and promised to call me the following day. I never received that call, I called back to see what happened and conveniently the number kept getting disconnected. So I called from another phone which I got through on, he seemed shocked and assured me he called me, which I suspect is a lie. He promised to call me again later on in the day once more. I never received this call.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt to start with. But now I see they are unprofessional and unresponsive liars who can't keep the appointments they make nor can they be honest with these prospective clients that maybe their services aren't a right fit for their company and instead resort to ghosting to avoid them.
