$50 down the drain

It was nice to be able to get one document notarized by both of us in different locations. However, the courts did not accept it because one signature was "too light". I did not get any help / customer services except being told that I could just pay and redo the task again. WHY would I want to pay $50 again, when you offer the different fonts and fonts sizes, some which are obviously not acceptable. Disappointed.

Saved the day - simple, efficient, and pleasant

1st what a great thing for ease and speed. Will def use again. 2nd Norma was delightful, Pleasant and friendly while remaining on task, efficient, and clear.
I was pretty nervous to try this and now I don't know I'll ever drive for a notary again :D
