Missing a notary stamp
I had a document notarized and the notary didn't add their stamp to the document with their notary public information. I didn't know this until my husband got an identical document notarized and his had a stamp. I will give it some stars because I submitted a request and they replied very quickly to get this resolved so their customer service is great.
