Fantastic support. I've been using Online PC Support for nearly 2 years through my current employer.
I've interacted with Scott and James on many, many occasions - and they have always been brilliant. Professional, friendly, enormously quick to respond, flexible and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, however simple or difficult the problem - and they'll always find a resolution of some sort, even when it's a problem with other systems, such as our CRM etc.
When it's something daft you've done yourself (yep, it happens!) they are very kind, quick and supportive and get you up and running in no time - all with a sense of humour too. Thanks guys!

I don't think I've ever worked with a more responsive and capable team! We are small business with team members all over the UK. Online PC Support are our effectively our tech department. If something needs doing, or we have a problem, they've always been available within minutes, ready to sort it quickly and capably. They're fairly priced and they didn't ask me to write this by the way!

These guys migrated a broken old laptop for me onto another (less broken) one but updated everything, put in a new hard drive, it's now working like a dream Dave and his team are friendly, reliable and quite frankly experts at what they do. Great value for money, would highly recommend to anyone stressing out about laptop/PC problems! Top guys!

Had a compatibility problem with windows 10 and a hard drive which Scott helped me sort out. One hour of support very reasonably priced, and we managed to sort out another issue I had with Microsoft 365, get virus protection set up for me and backing up my PC as well. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service will definitely be using again
