Good pen with beautiful engraving

it has been almost one month and we still didn’t recieve the pen we ordered

we had some issues concerning delivery time an delivery tracking, unfortunately I had not a great answer from customer care, but finally the products have been delivered, I still haven't seen them.

They personalise the cap, not the pen. And there is no mention of that on the product page when you make the order.

Excellent! The pen was shipped on the same day of the purchase and I got it really quickly. It was safely packaged and it works perfectly! Five stars service.

Extremely fast service. The pen I chose was travelling in half an hour or so. A little bit disappointed for not having received a gift box although it was confirmed on the website.

Ho acquistato una penna Waterman da regalare, con richiesta di apporre delle iniziali. Devo dire quasi tutto perfetto (oggetto, spedizione più che puntuale, trasparenza dei processi) se non fosse per le iniziali che sono di qualità decisamente scadente e assolutamente non allineata all'oggetto (una penna Waterman non di primo prezzo.....) e del servizio impeccabile. Sembrano le scritte che si possono trovare su penne pubblicitarie/gadget personalizzate con stampa di bassissima qualità. Quindi, a penna ricevuta, da che pensavo di fare bella figura con un oggetto di qualità e ben rifinito, mi troveró invece a fare un regalo che non è complessivamente del livello qualitativo adeguato. Suggerisco l'inserimento di una preview prima dell'acquisto.

I bought a Waterman pen as a gift, with a request for initials. I must say everything almost perfect (pen, on-time shipping, processes transparency), if it weren't for the initials which are of very poor quality and absolutely not aligned with the product (a non-first price Waterman pen.....) and with the impeccable service. The initials look like writings on advertising pens/customized gadgets with a very low quality printing. So while I thought I'd make a good impression with a quality and well-finished object, I'll instead make a gift whicho is not of an adequate quality level overall. I suggest inserting a preview before purchasing so thatan adjustment can be oparated

The website needs a fix here and there, my issue was related to the order cancellation and in general to the cart page, it lacks of some options and is not very user-friendly.
