I came across this company because they have the best price. I printed some business cards but they looked terrible: the paper in bad quality, bad cut, logo l not sharp, etc, etc... I complained but email, they wrote me to call, I called they told me to send an email... a complete joke. They were very impolite on the phone and on the emails. It is a cheaper store but became expensive because you lose it all. I was going to become a client but after this experience NEVER again.

Very BAD.
First of, after uploading the files on time and paying for all Express services I could, the package was delayed by 4 days (2 weekend days + 2 work days) because of a system error.
Second, the person I had on the phone was completely hysterical despite my calm attitude towards the unfair situation i've been put in due to their system failure.
Not recommended.

Onlineprinters not only printed my order incorrectly, but also shipped it in poor quality (corners bent). Instead of reprinting the cards, onlineprinters simply shifted the blame to the customer. It seems that onlineprinters does not understand what customer service is. Instead of responding to the customer and keeping one (with such a low dispute amount) they rather insist on their opinion. They delivered incorrectly and in poor quality. That is simply a fact. I will not work with such a dilettant printer again. I will now look for a professional company.

I was initially impressed with the amount of helpful guidance on Onlineprinters' site - we are not all printers, and printing is complicated - but I was able to follow their advice, and managed to make good decisions based on that advice.
The most impressive thing about these flyers is that they have been cut extremely accurately. I have used 2 other firms before; one large firm based in the Netherlands, and one small firm based in the UK, but neither of them could cut my flyers accurately. I needed a product where the important detail was very close to the edges of the flyer, and Onlineprinters managed to produce exactly what I wanted. We'll be using this firm again.

I paid for express printing and express shipping with a surcharge for "someone" to check the files / output. Inspite of that we have received visiting cards with hairline line that is visible because of unaligned cutting. The paper used is poor.
We have placed the exact same order 2 months ago with good output. The contact person just hung up when we called to complain. She said they "cannot assume that the hairline was not intended" -
Incredibly upset as we needed this for a big fair in another city.

This is the worst printer I have ever owned.
It takes at least 3 minutes to begin to print. It is painfully slow and can take over an hour to print 20 copies. It drinks ink at a crazy rate.
Canon blame my wifi for the lack of speed. Strange how the Canon MG5750 was fast and reliable using the same wifi connection, situated in the same place. The router has not been moved or changed...
I have to attend to something every time I want to print.

The print quality has been really high and prices very low, but I am demented because DPD lost my printing - delivered it to some random address - and for some reason they won't address facts. DPD sent a picture of the delivery. It is obviously a completely different doorway to mine. You can tell from the picture what the driver did; my 21kg box has something the size of a paperback on top of it. The driver probably scanned the small package to get the address and then scanned my package as the supposed delivery. So somebody got their paperback plus a random box of leaflets. What do I need to do to get Onlineprinters and DPD to just accept that they screwed it up? Well, I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I'm wait another day and then I'll get Visa to reverse the payment and never deal with them again. This is hopeless and really stressful. (Edited 19th January. In fairness, Onlineprinters gave me a voucher to have the print job re-done, which is okay. I'm assuming it'll work. And their printing is really good, and very cheap).

They sent an order that was totally wrong, useless material. They didn’t take any responsibility but claming for the money. I will never order anything from this company again. (Onlineprinters.dk)
Like others have used them before with varied results but recently did a huge order which was delayed. They chose to blame Brexit, but they filled out import paperwork incorrectly twice which is what causes the delays and keep the fact they outsource all the printing work to European printers secret. In fact they don’t even do the very thing their literal name suggests. They also to keep me in the dark and their current customers because even as I write their website states delivery to the U.K. is 3 days. I had no choice but to go elsewhere and they refused to cancel my order, which so far box 1 of 21 has been received, mostly incorrectly printed. Shambolic and I will be taking legal action.
I've used online printers for many years with only a few issues.
But having ordered leaflets in January 2021 and still not received them in March with several reasons given, I'm afraid I am not able to give a good review. I receive deliveries from China in 2 weeks but can't get leaflets in 2 months. Improvements needed.
Placed an order for 2 print jobs. One was printed in UK and arrived spot on time, the other it looks as if it was printed in Germany and then handed over to DPD to deliver. Has not arrived and DPD show it as in transit still in Netherlands! Filled in on-line forms asking where order is, sent several emails asking the same but zero response. It shows an automated service can be good but you have to have a system in place to resolve issues as well. The mark of a good business in not how it deals with things when they go right but how they handle things when they go wrong.
