They are polite but honestly they are…

They are polite but honestly they are useless. I had a problem with a hotelier in Bangkok where the rooms were infested with cockroaches. Instead of demanding a refund from him (as Booking often does), they asked him politely and he obviously refused to refund the nights (I should point out that we left the hotel on the day of our arrival, of course).

I THINK IS A MIX UP WITH ANOTHER WEBSITE

I read the opinions of other people and I don't understand something. I just want to add my opinion about this website since is not a travel website. Is a website that offers while label to people who wants to have they own travel agency online with the support of a platform already built. I really don't understand how people could buy any tickets or book hotels when this website only offers a menu for a demo, contact and faq. Are these people mixing with another website with similar name maybe?
This is the description on the home page that is very clear :

I would like to thank Mr. Martin Fernandez Ext. 627

I would like to thank Mr . Martin Fernandez ext. 627, for the very professional way he handled my cancellation of two hotel bookings at the Grand Aston Hotel in Havana due to the fact that Cuba is currently in a complete blackout and the hotel did not have sufficient power to run their air conditioning. Thank you very much Mr. Fernandez and everyone else involved. Mr. Fernandez was very understanding and stayed online with me for quite a long time to make sure my booking was cancelled and that I got my refund. Thank you so much sir.

Warm Regards;

Voucher switch

After cancelling a hotel reservation on booking.com several months ago, I received a very polite email where they called themselves Web Promotion Network. They proposed me a voucher for the same value as the canceled booking. If I wished, they could pay back the amount to the original payment method, or I could keep the voucher for future bookings. It came over as if they were agents for Ibis or for Booking. Now, several months later, I thought to make use of the voucher and made a hotel booking with them. Entering the voucher code during the booking and... the full amount was debited from my payment method. So shortly after the booking, I chose the option of refunding the voucher as a compensation. Result : I got a mail with the message: We canceled your booking on your request. After mailing them, I got a reply from a person bullying me : It is you yourself who has canceled the voucher. Yes man, I have canceled the voucher because it was a false promise. I have not requested to cancel my recent booking. Result : they refunded me the voucher from the older booking and kept the money from the newer booking in their pocket. The 2 amounts were only 4 Euro different from each other, so they hoped I would be confused by this and thinking I got the money back from the newest booking. So I booked this hotel again but this time with booking.com . So at the end of the story, they keep the money from cancellations on booking.com in their pocket. Providing you with a voucher code that does not work. I sent a payment request link to their email with the amount of my last payment from the reservation that THEY canceled, but it was completely ignored. I have told them in a mail that their organisation is completely useless.

Booked hotel in Cyprus, everything was perfect

Booked hotel in Cyprus, now first off the site did pose as the official website for the hotel. I only realised after booking and paying that it wasn't the official website. I looked up reviews and thought I was after been scammed. And was in fear until I arrived in the hotel today , turns out everything was booked everything went perfectly. 100% legit , thanks online travel and thanks Sandra the travel agent in Madrid who was so helpful

Avoid and save money

Beware! This is a 3rd party hotel booking site, despite it looking like the actual hotels website.
Book direct with the hotel and it’ll be a lot cheaper. I paid over £350 for 2 nights at a hotel and on arrival, first they had me as yet-to-pay and, when that was resolved, told me that a direct booking would have been £240.
I’ve learnt a lesson! Don’t make the same mistake.

NEW CUSTOMERS BE AWARE

NEW CUSTOMERS BE AWARE. DO NOT BY YOUR PACKAGE DIRECT WITH HOTEL!
I had a package both directly through Impressive's website for my family vacation in August 2022, and paid in full for the entire tip. After about a month the Customer Service Resort send me an e-mail saying that my inbound flight have been cancel with Canada Airlines so we had to choose another option. I ended up choosing new flights and was asked to pay for the new flights, and Impressive was going to request a full refund with the airlines in my behalf. We are now in April, 2023 and for the over US$2,500 expected I just got back US$519.00.
Every time I call the agent that actually charged our credit card (onlinetravel.es), and they keep transferring me to the Hotel's front desk and as much as they "try", nobody seems to be able to answer me why we are almost $2,000 dollar's off from the original refund amount. I can not even express how disappointed this situation is and I would not be in peace to let anyone else have to go on the same situation. I sincerely do not recommend the Hotel as they as a business have no idea how to do a proper Customer Service and are not simply stealing my money while apparently "Kiwi.com get's back to them". We had no option to cancel the package and believe that they were going to do what they promised whit clearly they do not care.

Stat away from this company!!!

Stat away from this company!!!

We have arrived at the “Sol Barbados” at Mallorca and did not get the room we thought we would get. We booked through tripexplorer.website’s bookingsite (booking.mkp10-2.com-hotel.com that is a part of com-hotel.com), which clearly misleeds people. Tripexplorer.website is also a part of Tor Global Travel, S.L.U. and onlinetravel.es. The webpage is trying to look like the hotels official webpage. On the hotels official webpage there is two types of family rooms. One called “family room” which is a 2-bedroom family room and one called “family room with sun terrace” which is a single room-bedroom. On tripexplorer’s webpage you can only book a “family room” and there is no description. Obviously we thought that we would get the 2-bedroom room. Instead we got the small one, with only one little room for all of us. Even though they did not state it in the confirmation e-mail, they say that we got what we booked. After tons of calls where they even admitted that they did not state that we would get the small room and said that there weren’t any 2-bedroomed left at the hotel, they try to make us shut up with a very small refund. We did not accept that and have not heard from them afterwards.
The Call-center is a joke. They just try to keep on talking and they try to avoid answering your questions/arguments. They also just hang up during the conversation. They even said that we should book through the official webpage next time.
We are so disappointed of this treatment!
