Had zero issues and great contact with the team and delivery process! I did have multiple issues with my product. I appreciated the email outreach with my tracking info once available. I intend to shop here again in the future. I bought 6 identical carts of kawali lemon danish. Throughout using all of these, they all broke in the same way, about halfway through it would clog up with its own wax/resin. I used three different 510 thread pens to test what was going wrong and had no success regardless of preheating, and trying all different pens i have and different methods (pulling very lightly, etc.) I still had no success and feel that i did not get to use the whole product on any of these carts.
