Onlogic and their team has always been helpful with new projects. Their diligence and communication are important to our company. The products Onlogic produces are of good quality.

My company has been working with OnLogic for many years now using their industrial grade Karbon family products as part of a system we sell globally in infrastructure-critical deployments, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. Their product quality is outstanding: reliable, well-built, and exactly what we need for our applications. What truly sets them apart, though, is their exceptional service. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we get the right solutions. We were unable to find another product & company that could give us the confidence we need.
More than just a vendor, OnLogic feels like a true partner. They take the time to understand our needs and work with us to find the best possible outcomes. Their support and commitment to customer success make them a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

Purchased a Jetson Orin Series Nano 8GB, out of the box it did not work, issue could not be resolved or was even attempted to be resolved over the phone I was told I had to send in my "New" product. I requested a return because of lack of Quality Control and I actually needed what I paid for for a project and I was charged a 5% return fee.... Bad service lack or Quality Control and accountability... things you do not want to hear when some of their products can cost thousands of dollars.

specifically ask about an application and appropriate hardware. They suggested the wrong hardware now don't want to take it back.
Product is absolutely overpriced and under performs in every which way possible.

I like the products but the technical support has been useless to me. I was sent a Factor FR201 with Ubuntu 22.04 installed. It wasn't installed properly. It would stall on searching for a network and took over 3 minutes to boot up. Couldn't configure the network ports to static IPs. I finally gave up and followed ONLogic instructions on deleting the OS and reinstalling Pi OS instead. No mention you have to re-partition the SSD! Overwrote my OS and had to install again with many searches on the internet on what went wrong. No help from ONLogic. Finally got the computer working properly and then made a power supply mistake and exposed it to an overvoltage from a solar controller. Asked ONLogic for the part number at the front end of the main board. I was told they don't supply part numbers and I should ask for an RMA. However, the repair would be as costly as a new computer so was recommended to buy a new one. I figured out the part was a TVS diode, a $2 part. Replaced it and the computer is working fine. That is what I would call terrible customer service and technical support.

Sadly there is an old saying that you can only know how good a company is when you test their post-sales service.
Well, sadly, I have now had the opportunity to test OnLogic post-sales service and, well, to say I am NOT impressed would be being very polite.
First, they sent me a device with a faulty hot-swap SATA port. Support operates at a lethargic pace, they send you an email, you reply, then you don't receive a reply for days. It took at lot, far too much, chasing of OnLogic to get an RMA to return the unit for repair.
Second, they sent a delivery to me by UPS. UPS kept on re-scheduling the delivery, which was strange because I received many other UPS deliveries the same week, only the OnLogic delivery had problems. Then UPS lied and claimed "security access issues" for being unable to deliver. This is a lie becuse the UPS driver delivers to me almost every day. I have raised this with OnLogic but they don't care.

We purchased 5 fanless computers and in a little more than 1 year 4 of them failed. We think that the problem is with the power control and guess that the main board is OK but Onlogic will not fix them. Looks like the only solution is to toss them out.

Great customer service! George answered all my questions very quickly.
Customer support team went out of their way to match up a product to my application as well as finding in stock merchandise. We are quite pleased with our product.
This was my first purchase of OnLogic products. The entire process went exceptionally well. It was easy to find what I was looking for and then purchase it. Communication about the order was outstanding. I also needed some technical support with the product which was resolved quickly. Highly recommended!
Great service and amazing product! Always responsive and proactive feedback. We have purchased a few HX500 units and are extremely happy with them.
Excellent service, very knowable staff, Great Product, what else can you ask for. Oh I know a fair price, well I cant complain when I see all that I get, hope OnLogic is around for a long time. Unfortunately Im old and all to often have seen the innovative sloid companies absorbed by their competitors to remove the threat. LOL

the shipping to Canada is hard to manage some of our orders go back to sender. Also there is a very long lead time on product at this time.
