I purchased 2 Deluxe dog crates and 2 dividers. The crates also came with complimentary bedding. For the price point alone these crates are excellent! And have a metal base a must for my Labrador who shreds plastic bases as a pastime.
I would definitely recommend this company and the Deluxe crates

My wife has purchased beds and replacement covers from this company before and had no trouble.
However this time she bought a memory foam bed and spare cover which our dog will not go near. She asked if she could return these items and purchase her usual dog bed and extra cover. This was refused as the packaging had been opened although the bed hadn't been used. Not sure how you can check contents without opening the packaging! She was told she could return it, at her expense, and they would inspect it and decide if it was acceptable. If not then she would have to pay to have the item returned to her.
For a family business the customer relations are very poor and no attempt to help out was made.
Extremely disappointed with the telephone manner of the receptionist and vow not to use this company again.

Super firm. A phone number which is answered by a charming person. Huge range and cheapest for top quality.
Swift delivery by a very efficient courier.
Top marks all round. I highly recommend this firm.

I purchased a Sherpa dog bed with replacement liner and cover and I only received the bed. The advert stated a made up bed with replacement cover and replacement liner. They are claiming that is a breakdown of what is included which the wording states replacement items. They won’t give a full refund if a dog hair is on it or it’s been opened. Returns cost £15. The bed lasted 3 days until it split at the seam and 7 days after purchase my dog has been scratching it causing worse damage to which they are still rejecting a refund and return. They think they are above the law. Mislead into buying this item due to their false advertisement. The materials are poor quality. The first dog bed from them lasted 6 months and this one didn’t last a week! 2 beds in 6 1/2 months and over £100 down. Avoid at all costs. Bank been informed

Customer service was excellent - very impressed. And so happy with the crate I bought a smaller one for the car. Very good product.

Excellent quality cage ordered late one evening dispatched the following morning and delivered the next day. Excellent service all round.
