At first from the reviews i was scared the product wouldn’t come but they let me keep track of my order and updated me when anything new happened . They were really nice when i messaged them and the necklace i brought is amazing and i would definitely recommend. The quality is very good and not cheap. You certainly pay for what you get.

Ordered one for my girlfriend. She like it . BY THE WAY it took around 2 and half weeks to get here. Beside the delivery time everything is fine. i Will buy another one for Christmas

Do not purchase anything from this webshop, as it is absolutely not reliable. Our son ordered a present for Mother’s Day after numerous adverts on TikTok. The package has never been delivered. We are already busy for months to get a refund. Phone number is not reachable. Further research showed very shady construction. Webshop owned by company registered in UK, owner Romanian, products shipped from China, German bank account, returns to be shipped to Romania, company uses 4 different email addresses, (including gmail & yahoo ones), policies on website clearly copied and not even completed.

Update in response to reply seller: for months we have tried to solve our complaint in an amicably way. Only after we informed this company that we have filed our complaint with the European Consumers Centres Network and we shared our experiences here, my son has finally received a refund. Contrary to what the seller claims our son has never received the present he ordered for Mother’s Day.

Ordered my girlfriend a necklace from here on the 21st of March I read the term that it would take about 20 day or a little longer due to high order buts its the 12th of May now ive been tryning to call the office since yesterday to request a refund but no one seem to be bothered to answer smh.

Made an order for my girlfriends birthday in February, its now the 21/4 and still no necklace, wont issue a refund or give me any updates as to where my package is! Told me to speak to royal mail and they said they’ve not even got a parcel with the same tracking number. Utter scam artists

Absolute jokers. Do not ever give them a penny of your money. My daughter picked a necklace for mothers from an advert on tik tok I ordered it 6 weeks before Mother’s Day. Two weeks after ordered it I was told it wouldn’t be here in time because they had too many orders to get through. I asked for a refund and they said they had issued my refund but no money ever went in my account. I left it at that thinking they would send the necklace because I hadn’t received my refund. Took me a whole 3 after Mother’s Day to get my money back.

Seem this on ticktock did not disappoint my mum absolutely loved it definitely recommended x

Beautiful necklace, cheap price, it did take a while to come but other than that it was amazing

They don’t deserve one star. Mother’s Day ruined by this flashy website that doesn’t deliver for weeks if it ever turns up. Avoid and use ANY alternative.

Claims to be in uk. But order took 45 days to come from China and then quality was poor

Nowhere on the website does it explain that it takes 10 days for them to make your order then a further 25 days for them to get the product out to you and in this time there is no update as to where your order is. The worst service I’ve ever had the trying to get hold if them is almost impossible!!!

They have the best products you can think of buying anytime. Thanks a lot for your perfect goods. I ordered some girly products here. Everything was perfect!
