I have tried to reach out many times to customer care to help me with an issue with accessing my account and they have failed to reply to me with a proper answer. It’s like I am talking to robots! My query is very direct and straightforward and the responses I got have nothing to do with it and when I send back emails to ask them for more help no one responds back.

Support….took an eternity. Ignored messages from the AI chatbot that you are now forced to deal with. No-one to talk to, which isn’t the service I bought years ago. So essentially you now get a MASSIVELY inferior service for the usually inflated annual subscription. DO NOT DO IT! If it was easier and quicker to go somewhere else I would. Sure they’ll have less overheads for a while, but trust me, it’s worth paying more to go elsewhere

Only Domains has very few real people on the ground.
They boast about spectacular customer service and a phone contact number from their website ,that e1 loves and uses [ good luck with that number - my ISP tells me that it is a spam number ]
The only way to get a response is to use the chat screen from their website. The staff that they use for this are hopelessly overworked.
We used this NZ business b4 it was bought out by the new mob. Terrible system to deal with - the staff cant cope with the volume of work coming through the chat option,
Emails do not get answered - auto generated promises are made in the public arena that are never acted upon.
My issue with this business was finally dealt with.
Best bet is to use GO DADDY - at least they have a valid contact number [ yes it is answered by an Indian call centre, but at least it is answered]
WORST BUSINESS EVER to deal with- their staff that are employed in chat try their best, but its like wheeling a wheelbarrow full of water up a giant hill of problems.
Couldn't say anything positive about the business model and the side stepping in the public arena to actually address the issue'
RUN AS FAST AS U CAN AWAY FROM THIS MODEL.

I sent a request for increasing my mailbox size about one week ago and until today I did not receive any response to my ticket.
Update:
Domain: Aquamagic.qa
Ticket 3721931 one week ago, no answer.
Also no way to contact , no phone number except some dummy AI chat assistent that just wasted my time with zero results. I also sent an email, still no answer. I thought the company is closed.

My email has not been working and when trying to log into OnlyDomains from my admin email account it does not receive the authentication code. Their online support is only a chatbot which created a ticket for support staff to contact me but after 36hrs no response.

About 2 weeks ago and since the, I've logged multiple ( and follow up) requests to transfer two domains. I've been a customer for nearly 20+ years (blood hell that's a while!) there's little or no other way to contact these folks. I'm their nice to their respect grandma's but trying to manage domains is far from what I'd expect.

My website and emails have been down for 5 days and there is no way to contact this company other than via email. I can't log into my account without a verification code (which is sent via email). Their live chat is not monitored, they don't have a phone number and they don't respond to any social media. Pretty crazy that there is not 7 day customer service when they are the hosting business websites.

I've used Only Domain for a couple of my domains for three years without a single problem. I changed my business structure and ABN during that time, and everything was fine. I already paid to renew my domain last year for several more years, but now they are contacting me demanding I pay the full amount again. I am going to move all of my domains to a new provider because of this

The pricing was good for some domains, but I kept encountering issues when transferring domains in: the system WILL NOT notify you of anything, like when it is stuck in pending, like when the authorization code expired etc. When you can get a hold of a service rep, they can usually help you resolve the issues, but that really is rare; sometime people respond once, and then complete silence, it is infuriating.

The problem was resolved by Mariia in the end thanks to her patience. But it took a month to get to that stage and communication was shockingly bad, multiple attempts to communicate with them and no reply, and a retrieve password system that it took weeks for them to acknowledge wasn't working

Maybe it has something to do with that Southern New Zealand magic. Compared to many domain registrars, which usually advertise one thing, and you have to pay something else, have many hidden costs or costly surprises (you do not know in advance) as you grown your business...none of that exist on OnlyDomains, true honest and fair team. Recommendations are in order 100%

Very disappointing lack of responsiveness from this provider - I first registered with OnlyDomains July last year because they had a NZ phone number and I was able to speak to operator (Jason) who was extremely helpful. Now there is no way to contact via phone and I have had NO response to 2 emails & 2 tickets via the chat function. I am UNABLE to access my email because the Domain registration has expired but I cannot login to renew the Domain because the authorisation code to login is being sent to my email! This is extremely frustrating and costly for my business can somebody assist me urgently!!??
