Edit 10/03/2025 : As i told in my previous edit i tryed two document : my driver licence that non-expired et my ID card that is legally non-expired both are declined. One because "expired" (Id Card), The other "Provided document type does not meet requierements). And as i explained i don't have a passport because i don't travel outside europe. So i use all my avaible document and no way to get validate. And u answer look like support answer totaly useless and unpersonnalised.

Verification Policy - based on the state you live in is a joke. I have been a member of OF for several years and I happened to travel to a state that prompted me to do some sort of intense verification.

Jarrius the support person at OF keeps repeating themself about why I need to verify.

I have multiple active subscriptions on there with renewals in place, but I have no way to access until I verify.

If verification is needed then you prompt me BEFORE any purchases are made. These people are ruthless and basically taking money and not allowing you to access the site. If this is a state issue, then it must be done based upon where the credit card address is located, not some IP address. What a complete joke.

This is a joke of a company. Their support is even worse. They’re actually criminals.

I paid for custom content from a creator with clear points of agreement. She did not send me this but non-relevant pre-recorded random content and the criminals at support keep sending me their copy-paste answer of it adhering to their acceptable use policy and terms of use while at the same time there are points which this clearly violates. It’s ridiculous that I have to even point out to themselves what their terms says and that they’re taking sides with a creator obviously scamming people. I gave them photographic evidence of everything even where the creator herself ADMITTED to her wrongdoing but I doubt they even read the tickets.

Your reply to this is ridiculous. I’ve sent you the terms which she violates since you apparently can’t do the job yourself. You’re just sending me copy-paste texts where you contradict yourself and don’t answer any questions. For example you say that ”she have delivered the promised content” but at the same time you’re saying that ”probably the creator have an explanation for this mishap and can provide you with custom content or a discount”. Which is it? If i buy custom content from a creator and she does not send me this but sends me pre-recorded non-relevant content then that IS NOT the promised content. I made this clear to the creator IMMEDIATELY. She also admitted to this and have since IGNORED any messages I sent but you still protect her. We had CLEAR AGREEMENTS which I’ve sent pictures of which she clearly violates. This is theft and illegal in EU.

Since this I’ve also experienced another scam and tried to contact you about this. This was a completely separate case but you immediately closed the ticket without even answering. Meaning, you don’t even read your customer support tickets.**** THIS COMPANY, BAN THEM FROM OPERATING IN EU.

They offered to do a refund but said it would result in a ban of my account. After a tiring three weeks getting nothing else than the same copy-paste messages from support I wanted to go on with this but then the new agent assigned would ignore my query and started saying that they can’t do refunds EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OFFERED by the initial agent… After this they stopped answering and just started closing my ticket even though the case is not solved. DON’T GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY THEY STOLE OVER $500 FROM ME.

The website is filled with scamming creators who use third parties to send overpriced terrible content. Automated mass messages are extremely annoying and there's no way of stopping them.
You have no leg to stand on when a creator sends content claiming it's the thing you asked for when in reality, it is NOTHING like what I asked for.

I'd like to warn anyone tempted to join this site that it will cause serious harm. Every interaction you will have with a creator will waste your time, effort and money. I have been on it for a year, connected with 180 creators and not 1 has been an enjoyable experience. They lie, manipulate and take advantage of you.
