Delivery is at least within 2 dsys. Frozen goods ate packed with insulated bags with ice and when it's delivered the products are still frozen. Happy but the delivery fee had gone up.

Wrong product sent
Ordered Kruawangthip bamboo shoot strips, checked picture and description was the correct product, Order #4419. I was sent 8 x packs of Bamboo shoots with Bai Yanang extract which is a different thing and even has a distinct dark colour which does not even look like the Bamboo Strips. Very disappointing, as we do not like the product sent and it is not what was ordered. Waste of money. They need to learn their own products and descriptions so they send what is ordered not what they think might have been ordered. Regarding your response. The fact that you are stating you sent the correct item proves you cannot be trusted. You most definitely sent the wrong product and are now attempting to make it seem that I ordered incorrectly. Pathetic lack of customer care. Heres some advice, sort out your website description and photographs and/or familiarise your staff with products properly, do not blame customers for your errors.

I have great experience shopping online. Food was delivered quick and they were accommodating about evening/weekend delivery. Hopefully there will be more fresh produce and same day delivery!
