Stay away and do not buy. I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift for a friend. 6 weeks later, they hadn't arrived but Onlymaker told me they could refund me, since now it was weeks past my friend's birthday. No refund. Instead, I received notice that the shoes had been shipped. I was a little annoyed but happy the shoes would at least get there. 4 weeks later, I was checking the tracking and they were all over China. I wrote to see the status. No response. Then, I check the tracking and it shows they've been returned.
I cannot get anyone to reply to me.
I don't have the shoes and don't have a refund and can't get any answers. I'm out $75.
A scammy Chinese company. Do not buy.

I ordered some shoes and they came very late. Well, I accepted that. The shoes broke my feet out and itched them profusely. I was informed to take pictures of the shoes which I only triec them on. I sent pictures. They said call back in a week or check back-in a week. I had to pay 16.00 to send the shoes back I asked them to send a shipping label but never got a response concerning that, They said they will let me know a solution when they receive the shoes. I am sooooo disappointed with them. I don’t hear from them unless I reach out to them. This is very poor service and I don’t deserve this. I am suffering with cancer and definitely don’t need this additional stress in my life. I pray thrum will do the right thing by me. I am so hurt over this situation

I bought a pair of boots that didn't fit. Paid $20 to return it to New York from California. The customer service email was responsive up until I sent my package back, and now they're ghosting me as I keep following up every day for a week to get my refund. It's obvious they're deleting comments on their Instagram page too. This website is definitely scammy and I would not recommend.

Excellent comunications with customer service . Very prompt . I made a mistake with my boot size and they changed the order right way . Lovely boots

I would not recommend anyone to buy shoes from there. Their shoes are very pretty but the customer service sucks, they don’t email you back you have to keep blowing them up for someone to acknowledge you. They refused to issue me a refund and want me to pay for the shipping cost all the way to New York when it’s their fault that they sent me a damaged shoes that was dirty, they wanted me to clean the shoes even though that’s how it was sent to me and then they are saying they won’t pay for the shipping fee. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE

I love my SHOES!!! They fit perfectly. I received them in the time stated. I'm only buying my shoes from Onlymaker.

I ordered a pair of heels from them and on there website it said 5-7 day shipping. which was a lie! it took almost a month for those heels to get to me and when I opened it and tired them on they felt loose. So I looked on the back of the heel and it said size 42 which is size US12. and I wear a size 41-US11. So they need to get there sizes right. No wonder why they have 2.5 Stars.

Chinese product. Quality is ok, but boy, these shoes have such a plastic smell... They really stink. Stay away from them. Save your money and buy a real pair of European or US-made shoes.

This company is very dishonest. I ordered mens size shoes from them and they sent me woman's size. They were virtually unresponsive until I opened up my claim with PayPal. I bought 4 pairs of shoes and they want me to pay the return shipping for their mistakes. So I'm supposed to send the shoes back to them and pay the $80 shipping it'll probably cost and they will probably turn around and say the shoes were "damaged" and that I damaged them ,even though I can't even ware them because they don't fit, so then I will be out over 300$ and have nothing to show for it. Absolutely avoid this company. They are complete garbage. Chinese flash fashion quality at ridiculous markups. They are clearly haphazardly slapping these shoes together, they have no customer service, and when they finally reach out to you it is in the worst broken English. If their is anything wrong with the shoes when you get them, you are screwed. Save your money and your sanity. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered a pair of shoes, that were marketed as currently available, cut to almost a month later, requested a refund because they said it would take almost a month to receive because they were “currently being handmade”. Still have not received a refund and it has been more than two weeks since I requested the refund.

I purchased the stiletto faux suede ankle boots from amazon. They were a reasonable price but I was thinking I would just try them and expected them not to last. Previously I have always purchased Kurt geiger, River Island, topshop etc but loved these heels and as the current fashion is lower heels my normal brands didn't have the boots I wanted.

I have honestly lived and died in these boots for about 8 months now. I wear them almost 3 times a week with a variety of outfits and everyone comments. The heels haven't worn down whereas KG and others need re-heeling after a few wears. They are so comfortable. Have worn them in rain and no damage.

I am really surprised as I had not heard of the brand before but honestly they are the best boots I've had and will absolutely be buying more!! The high street brands could really learn a lot.

These are definitely the best shoes I've ever purchased! The heel is quite high. They're just as beautiful as the picture and they fit perfectly!!
